Your newstand sells the Italian Vanity Fair?
Oh yes. There are advantages to working in downtown San Francisco.
Ouch. You don't want to know how expensive an issue of Italian Vanity Fair is on the newsstand.

It's because they can get away with it. Italians are OBSESSED with magazines. I think even more so than the Britians.
My roommate buys about 5 magazines a WEEK. Drives me absolutely crazy.

My guess would be about $18?
I always feel sort of... un-cultured when I admit that I don't subscribe to any magazines or newspapers. I read everything I want to online. But I do love having hard copies, so I always contemplate being really pretentious and getting myself a subscription to The New Yorker or something. Someone told me my writing style reminds them of The New Yorker, heh.

God, I love that picture of him and Elisabeth Moss.
Working in a library has made me pretty spoiled- I rarely buy magazines unless there's a particularly good cover story that I want to keep a hard copy of. Although the digital versions will undoubtedly last longer than the copies sitting on my bookcase, heh.
I used to subscribe to what seemed like dozens of magazines, but I finally stopped when it became clear I was reading less than 10% of them. That's way too much waste, when the content is all online these days anyway.
And...I just found out my beloved Computer Shopper will cease to print as of the April issue. Ah, the irony; a magazine all about technology being done in by that very same technology.
"It's the magazines, Robert... I bet Sarah subscribes to about forty magazines. It's a sickness. We're up to our ass in magazines."

Love it.
Ooh, love the Vanity Fair photo. Gorgeous shot of both of them!

He seems to make up for the lack of hair gel on the last event.
But good god, that coat is FABULOUS!
Someone uploaded Miscast videos!
From the Blithe Spirit opening:
He looks tired, I think. Although he sure cleans up nice -- even the stubble is beautifully sculpted. But he still needs a hair-gel intervention.

Love the coat. Love the tie. Love the pictures with Polly Bergen! Have they worked together or something? His eyes are all crinkly when he smiles so there seems to be some genuine emotion there.
Kind of scary to see how old Tammy Grimes looks - I guess I think of her frozen in time about twenty-five years ago - like someone in amber.
Heh, Gossip Girl just had a Piven joke.

Wait - a vest!?! Another great shirt?? What's going on? Have they hired him a stylist?(Too many question marks?)
I love the tie.
But I have always had a very strange appreciation for ties. Like, I always buy them for gifts for guys, and I would wear them if I could do so without looking ridiculous.
(It almost looks like he dressed for the 70's theme, or something.)
Not just a vest, but a watch fob too. How adorably retro.
The fact that it's Chuck is so fitting.
Now that I see he's wearing jeans, I can forgive him for the tweed vest. (It just seemed SO wrong if he was wearing a grey suit). And the watch fob is just too delightful for words -- it matches Doug's!

Wonderful! Where does one get a watch fob these days? (Does anyone still wear a ... watch fob?)
Maybe he likes to shop in antique stores...
And, what a difference a day makes. From the Blithe Spirit opening look on Sunday to the Rooms opening look on Monday:
Won't someone please pry that hair gel bottle out of his hands?
