And do Francois and Alex go to the same hair dresser, or what?
Probably.

"break-dancing lessons aren't going to make Noel cool."
lol, my cousin took break dancing lessons at that age. But that was in...1985?
lol, I love when Bethany was like "plug it in? What era are you in?"
Oh boy, oh boy! Guess who's leaking nude photos...

'Member the scene from a couple of weeks ago where Ramona took Avery and her friends to get their hair done for a Jr High dance?
One of the friends, Becky, is jawdroppingly hideous... and here it is, so everyone can experience the disbelief. (And yes, I'm going to shut the computer off now and do something productive...)Link

I second that. Those kids weren't bad at all, compared to some of the others.
I think that Ramona must be doing something right, because Avery seems like a fairly well adjusted and centered child.
And um, nice ta-ta's, Alex. Be sure to include those in your son's prep school application.

Just for the record, "jawdroppingly hideous" referred to that girl's obnoxiousness, not her looks. She really irked me...the combination of that kid and Ramona was just too much for me.
I gain respect for Avery with every passing show.
I also read that The Real Housewives of New Jersey is in the works. There's a concept.

I LOVE The Real Housewives of NYC!!!
I think this show is hilarious and sickening at the same time. I just love it.
Haha, apparently The Countess was at the opening of A Catered Affair.

I know the guy that owns claremont prep. He grew up literally next door to my father and they were the same age. I met the guy and know him personally.
Now, I grew up and live in a typical suburban NYC setting. Nothing rich and glamorous.
I just found it funny when they said that they were friends of his as if it was a big deal. I know someone who is friends with the owner of the school (my dad) and he doesn't live a very extravagant life like the people in this show do.
Well, it looked like Francois didn't get in to Claremont. At the end of the show I thought it said that Alex and Simon were proud to announce that Francois got into one of the best public schools. Did anyone else see that? Maybe Claremont saw right through them!

I'm confizzled by "best public school". Isn't the law that you go to public school in the district of your residence? "Getting In" to a public school isn't an accomplishment, its by default.
And if she thinks that kids is gifted, shrieking is not "speaking latin". How old is that brat?
Old enough to memorize the marriage service by Marjoe standards.

I wouldn't be surprised if it were the former, fromage. But you never know.
I can't wait for the reunion tonight. And I just caught the last 10 min of the finale - that behavior with the hamburger was atrocious! If I were Jason, I'd be like "um, control this thing?"

Oh no, I knew you were. I was agreeing!
Woah, this confessions episode is starting off on a grating note. For the record, I cannot stand the host. He always acts so smarmy.
I'm surprised at Bethany's remark to Alex, especially after Alex was her shoulder to cry on about the Jason situation. Yikes. I'm glad these women aren't in my circle of friends!
lol, why is Simon the only one of the husbands there? Doesn't that really just reaffirm what the other women had a problem with?
ETA: Oh, I just turned it on. I didn't realize he wasn't like, a core member of this.
I'm just catching up with the reunion show now. Yikes, that Luann, I mean Mrs. de Lesseps, needs to get over herself!!
Countess de Lesseps.
How could I forget Emcee? My apologizes to her majesty.

I agree with Jill about the hierarchy being sexist, btw. I mean, it is a rather archaic system to begin with, but I loved it when Jill said 'rules are meant to be changed.'
And woah, that Ramona really has a screw loose. What's up with the gesticulations?
