I happened to come on and I couldn't stop watching. Who ARE these people? It's difficult to imagine that they'd have agreed to open up their lives for a reality TV show, being so elite and all, but since they did, it's fascinating to watch how having really deep pockets makes tacky people think they're not...
Anyone?

For all that money, you'd think they'd be better looking.
The blond one is hideous.

Orange County had me hooked, but this one, I dunno, just can't get into it. I tried again last night and I watched it but it didn't catch me like the original did.

These women horrify me, and yet it's like a trainwreck--I can't stop watching.
Poor little François and Johan are probably going to get beat up if mommy and daddy can't get them in a private preschool. Even if they make it, I'd still say the odds aren't good.
My least favorite by FAR is Ramona. A complete waste of space and resources. Her poor daughter.

I love how she never says "my husband." It's always "The Count."
The redhead is very annoying, but she comes off as the most genuine of any of them. Except maybe the natural foods chef.

Um, Sex and the City, anyone?
I have the same love/hate relationship with this show that I did with the Real Housewives of Orange County.
The Countess's kids are a total mess. I'd love to be their babysitter *snicker*

Sex and the City was fake.
This is supposed to be a reality show.

I feel sorry for Ramona's kid, Avery; she's multi-talented, you know. No clear evidence what those talents might be, but I've never seen quite that much parental pressure.
And the girl who said she wished her mother's yappy little dog would die...I understood where she was coming from.
In the Countess's defense, and this is probably the only time I'll be so inspired, I gave her credit for being open about the lice thing. The plague of school age children that knows no socioeconomic boundaries. On the other hand, leave it to the wealthy to know someone they can call to clean up the mess for them. (Lice-Enders...there can't be enough money to make THAT job worth it...)

I love this show. Hilarious. Perhaps unintentionally.
I can't stand Ramona. Ugh. I think her daughter is adorable, though. And I kind of like Jill -- she's such a yenta, but she does seem pretty genuine.

Ramona is hideous.
No class whatsoever.

I find all these women to be slightly funny-looking, and I can't put my finger on what it is about them that's odd. They like, aren't real people. Ramona can't even focus her eyes, it's like she's not even looking at anyone, ever. Her husband seems whipped.

She SO is. Her nagging Bethany about escaping to Miami was hilarious.

I CANNOT STAND Alex and Simon. Actually, Alex I can stand more than I could before - but Simon!
Somebody needs to get that man a life.
