ROFL!
all this zac-bashing sounds line envy to me!

Now THAT deserves a ROFL. The kid is an up and coming Taye Diggs(With about half the vocal ability). His looks are what keeps him working. I REALLY wanted to like him in the Hairspray movie. I even defended him on the boards a few times. He kind of sucks dude. I'm sure most posters on this board don't wish that their crappy performances could be immortalized for all the world to see, forever and forever from now.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

I disagree. I thought Cage created a believable character who clearly was functioning within a movie universe. Lynch was not striving for realism. He was going for movie-universe.

"2- Rosalind Russell in Mame and Gypsy"

Rosalind Russell was in Auntie Mame (non-musical), Lucille Ball was in Mame (musical). Ball was awful in Mame, but Russell was brilliant in Auntie Mame, one of the best comedies ever made.

I never agree with those that find Lucy terrible in Mame. While she's not the definitive musical Mame, as I recall Angela Lanzbury being; and, not definitive in the characterization, like Rosalind Russell, she's still a fine Mame. Even if she isn't a great one.

I can't believe I forgot Hayden Christensen as Annakin Skywalker. Probably the worst non-Keanu performances in recent movies.

Why all the hate for Keanu, whom I find very sincere in his performances?

No, Keanu SUCKED in A SCANNER DARKLY, as he SUCKS in every film he appears in. Even rotoscoped, he is painfully inept. Watching Keanu try to keep up with Robert Downey Jr. and Woody Harrelson was like watching George W. Bush try to keep up with Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. One of those things just didn't belong.

Sorry, it was "Auntie Mame," but I still saw it and I still thought she was terrible. As for Lucille Ball, she was far from a singer, but I think she was entertaining as Mame. They didn't have to be great singers in those movies back then- Rosalind Russell as Mama Rose, being my prime example beyond the acting.
