I'm so sleepy.
I'm sleepy, too. I'm also hungry.
Me too!

Today I spent over an hour wandering around London picking up various tickets. Worst. Errands trip. Ever.
I'm tired and hungry and I spent all morning wiping toddlers' noses.
Im drinking Mountain Dew like mad and wishing that I could go see Avenue Q before Stephanie leaves....

Today:
Catalogued my underwear draw, cross-referenced it with my sock draw. After all these always do have to match, don't they?
Then I cut my toenails, and buffed them to a high shine.
After that, I mixed and drank a pitcher of martinis, with olives, very dry.
Then I read the Cliff notes for Hamlet, King Lear and Macbeth.
About an hour ago, I started to clean Daschel's dog house in preparation for his return home. He is in training for the Mutt Marathon, and in December will fly to Venice to participate in the Iron Mutt competition so we have a lot of work ahead of us.
Later tonight I am going to see an original Newark Community Theatre production of The Good Earth, presented in sign language with performance artists playing the house, the barn, the animals and the crops surrounded by a ring of candles and colored string, and Yanni on keyboard.
After I get home I will take a nice, hot bubble bath with Daschel and his trainer, Enrique.
Maybe we'll mix up another pitcher of dry martinis and add TWO olives, if we are feeling adventurous. None for Daschel, of course. He is in training after all.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to get a manicure and a pedicure, then I'm going out to lunch with some friends. Finally, (and this is the best part) I get to go back home and RELAX!
I've been looking forward to a day like this for a long while.
*is excited*
Bump.
Because I don't start new threads about the banality of my life. Why should everyone else?
Right now there's a zit on my forhead that wants to take over my face.
Die!
Oh perfect. I was going to start a thread on the best ways to reduce swelling or redness for zits. Any suggestions, guys? I've got a fab night out on Saturday and I don't wanna look like pizza.
I heard somewhere that putting toothpaste on them may help them go away faster, but I have absolutely no clue if this is accurate. So if you're all for putting a glob of minty green gook on your face, then go for it.
The "Clean and Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment" seems to work pretty well...I guess.
I find toothpaste is really effective for drying out the top layer of skin, but it only really works for those pusSy ones, that way you can pick off that layer and then squirt the juice outta it. (Graphic much?)
Bwhaha, Tiff say "****".

We had a whole thread about popping pimples a few days back. :P
And...today I read a certain interview on AICN. I've spent the rest of the day refreshing the Apple Trailers page. Connect the dots, people.

Strongly suggest you read through the "London for Plum" thread to find ways to banaish banality.

Mister, I woke up at 7am yesterday to get my non-banal day started. Then I slept for 11 hours. Today I'm staying in, doing my homework, and waiting for a trailer I've been waiting for for about 6 months already.

I got asterick-ed out.
Hehe.
Tiff said it first! *points finger*
It's disgusting out. It's been pouring all day and even the sidewalks are flooding. There's also a really strong wind that prevents you from being able to use your umbrella; I passed about 5 broken umbrellas just left behind.
Now I'm back in my room, wearing pajamas and drinking hot chocolate. Much better.

I'm drinking Dr. Pepper. Also, today I forgot to buy cereal at the grocery store, then forgot to put detergent in my laundry. (Thankfully I remembered the detergent a few minutes into the cycle and dumped it in; I hope it works.)
There's a full-fledged storm going on (thunder, lightning, the whole deal) and I have to walk all the way across campus to a meeting.
I'm actually a little scared. And worried that the professor won't show, which would seriously piss me off.

I had a Bowl Appetite for lunch. It was pretty much just fancy mac and cheese. I'm going to have one tmrw as well.

Mmm, mac and cheese. The kind they have in my campus store isn't very good, so I kind of miss it. But I made a yummy potato omelette thingy today. I know there's a proper name for it, but I don't remember what it is.
