Funny you should say that, SorryGrateful. When I looked up hermitage to make sure I was going to use it properly, one of the definitions I found was "The habitation of a hermit or group of hermits." I thought a group of hermits sort of defeated the purpose, too.
Apparantly a hermitage is also a rich, full-bodied, usually red wine produced in southeast France.
