This episode is very funny so far.

My favorite was when Mrs. McKlusky (sp?) was like "Parker ofered me a fudgsicle if i showed him my vagina. *eats fudgsicle* Oh for God's sake, Lynette, I didn't do it!! I just got this out of the fridge 2 seconds ago!!"

I couldn't stop laughing.

And for those of us who haven't watched it yet, thanks for that spoiler.

I love Desperate Housewives, it's the only show on TV that I still watch regularly.

Heh, sorry liotte re: The official Desperate Housewives Love Thread. Should've said something. Not a major part of the episode though, and odds are it'll still be funny when you see it.

I thought it was a pretty good episode as well...but I'm getting so sick of Susan and her ridiculous storylines. Not to mention the fact that Hatcher annoys the hell out of me. What the hell has happened to her lately? She looks so sickly (she's so, SO thin and her face looks like she's had a touch to much work done...ok, WAY too much work done!)

Anyway, gotta love Lynette/Felicity. re: The official Desperate Housewives Love Thread

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)

Susan's actually my favorite housewife. I'm really looking forward to a Susan vs. Edie confrontation, which I know is looming. I think their interactions are always hilarious.

Related to Desperate Housewives, Mark Moses (Paul) is going to be in Burleigh Grimes Off-Broadway. I love this quote from the Playbill article: "Moses plays the pivotal role of Paul Young on ABC's hit "Desperate Housewives." His character bashed a woman to death with a blender on the comedy series." For some reason I found that strangely hilarious.

My favorite line from tonight:

SPOILER

"Mother's don't lie to their sons. Now go wash your hands or Santa Claus won't bring you what you want for Christmas."

I was laughing for five minutes straight on that one.

Did anyone notice at the end when Parker was checking out his dog's erm area? Maybe I'm childish but I thought it was funny.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Ha, I LOVED that part, jason!

And Holly, yes I noticed that, too. That's why Lynette did the double take when she looked at him.

It's a sad testament to how seriously I take the shows I watch that I genuinely freaked out when Gabrielle found out the baby was alone in the house. I mean...I was "OMG THE BABY! AAAH!" pathetic...

That fudgesicle bit was the best line of the show. Mrs. McKlusky (or whatever) should be a permanent addition to the cast. Hilarious.

Still hating the Mary Alice voice overs, though. Enough already!

I love how Bree took care of her father and stepmom.....classic!

Carol Burnett was such a bitch! Loved it!

I enjoyed last night's episode but I still think the writing for this show has gone downhill. Whatever happened to the Applewhites?

Okay, Elphaba was right and I take back what I said. I totally got sucked back into "Desperate Housewives" tonight.

I found the season 2 finale rather disappointing and lacking. I hope the writing team picks stronger storylines for the show (thank God casting still remains one of the strongest on TV along with Lost).
Why do people find the Mary Alice voice-overs annoying? I think they add a nice touch to the show.
