If you 3 fly into Seattle and drive the 2 hours up to Vancouver, you'll save a couple hundred dollars on airfare. (And Allie, I'd invite you, but I know RT flights to here are over 1k, so I won't even bother. :-/)

I would definitely come. It'd be fun. I don't need my parents' permission anymore, after all 
And I love road trips, however short. Problem would be getting a car.

Car wouldn't be a problem. Shib would probably be renting a car from Seattle anyway, so you three could split the cost, and chances are it'll still be cheaper than flying directly into Vancouver anyway. (Plus you'll want a car to get around, since Vancouver's a lot more spread out than Manhattan and you wouldn't wanna walk everywhere!)

Between May and late August, I'd choose May, because I might be moving in late August. 
But if it were May, it would have to be late May since I don't come back from Europe until May 26. How cool would it be though, if I met up with you (Nik) in NYC, and then both of us flew into Vancouver together? It would bleed into early June then.

I'm completely grey actually.. alzheimers and ostioperosis have set in. not to mention being well beyond menopause..
