What's BWoP? I only know of TWoP (Television Without Pity). Speaking of TWoP, the mods can be snotty pains in the asses. They shut down The View discussion thread for a few days on a whim because they were annoyed that the Donald/Rosie issue was still a hot topic. WTF? The two are hurling insults day after day, it's STILL going on and where else are people going to bullsh-t about it? I didn't see the thread getting out of hand and it was a fun read for me. Bleah.

I don't go near the TWoP boards, too much drama for me. I'd rather discuss TV with the fine folks here at BWW.
But the recaps are brilliant!
About last night's Top Chef...
I had no idea Ilan was straight.
I would have spent a few bucks on wine and skipped the pretentious watermelon blue cheese dessert (ick).
I thought Cliff was going to get the knife. I was really sad to see Michael go, but I figured it was coming.
Marcel is funny. I wonder what happens next week. I have a hunch they do something with his hair, or draw silly eyebrows on him - you know mature, professional stuff.

Agreed! Why in the world did Sam think that was a good idea? Especially in an Italian restaurant? I don't like him (big dull dud!) but he generally seems to have a good head on his shoulders. I would have loved to have tried Elia's burger. I love diner food.
What was the special prize for the two winners of the elimination challenge?
Special prize was getting to choose your team. The TWOP recaps are usually hilarious, with the exception of last week's....

I was thinking special as in "isn't that special" blueroses.

Ah.
MTVMANN, I've heard from several people that Tom is a dick.
Really??
Well here's that million dollar question "Is he gay?"

MTVMANN, to answer your questions:
Yes, he's an arrogant SOB (a friend of mine dated him)
No, he's definitely not gay.
Um, yeah...TWoP. That would be a pre-coffee post. Sorry.
ahhh, I see
Well then I'll stop that crush and focus on the contestants! The one with thick brown hair was really cute, but I can't recall his name.

MTVMANN - maybe Sam? He has thick curls for hair, and pulls it all back into a little Sumo-like ponytail? He can be a jerk sometimes, but he seems to be a very talented and experienced chef. With the exception of that watermelon thing. ick.

That watermelon thing didn't even seem remotely appetizing.
Love watermelon. Love gnocchi. But...watermelon gnocchi? No thanks!
with gorganzola!? sounds like vomit.
I want to buy Ilan an astrigent.

Indeed doodle, Ilan probably would benenfit form a pore-cleansing clay mask and a Stridex pad. He's a little shiny.
I thought the mushroom pesto pasta looked pretty tasty. Not very original, but tasty. Although, I keep recalling one annoying guests saying "the mushrooms are too sawwwwlty!"
Correct, but I think it was the sundried tomatoes that were too salty.
None of the food was inspired, imo.
Anyone interested in Top Designer? I'll watch, but Todd Oldham is such a boring personality.

Not sure about Top Designer (though I did love Project Runway). I'm itching for the return of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Next week!
Elia is the only one who I even like on this show anymore...that is making it tough to care who wins.
Real Housewives:
"Each of my kids has a house...that's normal, right?"
I wonder if someone is going to finally tell that insurance saleslady that she looks like miss piggy.
