blueroses, I wanna say October 18, or some random date like that. And hell yes goodbye and good riddance Katie Lee Joel. She was painful to watch...
omg, Shane Klingenhoffer's mom...what WAS that mess?
And remember the UBER-gay dad with his 90383784 kids that he DRAGGED to a tiny apartment in New York so he could get his own reality show? What a maroon!
I loved Shane's backup dancers!
I think filling your untalented kid's head full of lies about their talent is a form of child abuse.
I LOVED the mother with the daughter on Raven Simone's show. That's how to have a kid in the business.
Jaily, how the heck do you remember his last name?!

Actually, I am somewhat ashamed to remember that it was Shane KlingenSMITH. And his mother was Debbie. lol.
Oh, the backup dancers were HILARIOUS, as was Debbie's choreography. I love how she thought they'd be playing the freakin' STADIUM.
Could Duncan Nutter's wife actually not have known her husband was gay? He was like a manic version of Monroe from Too Close for Comfort.

That is exactly who he was!
I think he dragged his sad family to NYC so he didnt have to cruise mall bathrooms anymore.
That poor woman...I am amazed he put "it" in her that many times.
I have to say, Showdogs Moms and Dads was pretty good too.
How could you FORGET a name like Klingensmith (I was perhaps having a David Hasselhoff moment)? I was just SO disturbed by their whole deal...his mom should be shot.
Yeah, that little black girl was TOTALLY grounded, and her mom was AWESOME.
And boy, was he EVER a nutter!

How could I have missed Showdogs Moms and Dads? Best in Show is one of my favorite movies! Were there any Cookie Guggelman Flecks in the bunch?
uh...yeah!!
Nutjobs all, but the gay couple took the cake (but didnt eat it. They fed it to their chihuahua that was wearing a tutu and a hat.)
The ultimate moment was when some crone wanted her dogs to procreate, but they werent doing "it." The vet had to "harvest" the poor dog's semen....guess how!
I didn't even realize there was a thread for this show. I love Top Chef. In fact, I was just watching the episodes of it I downloaded from iTunes last night. So psyched for this next season. It's great that they give the Project Runway junkies something else interesting to watch between seasons.
I hate to say it, but I did kind of...like...Stephen. *ducks at knives being thrown at her head* I thought he was pretty hot. But Harold was still the best chef and the best personality and he definitely deserved to win. Psyched for October 18!
The thing with Stephen is that he was almost always right. Almost all his dishes were great, and he definitely knew what he was doing AND what he was talking about. Even when he was MIA at the wedding, the food service presentation really did look good and the guest judge thought it was a major strong point.
It's just, there's a right way and a wrong way to handle a situation, no matter how good you are at what you do. He was lucky his food spoke for itself and that that got him as far as it did.

Stephen was annoying but not hate-worthy like Tiffany or Jeffrey on Runway. He's a bit pompous, a bit full of himself and kind of amusing because he had no self awareness!
Oh, he was a total ass. But a talented ass at that. I would like to think that he was just a little...misguided. In any case, he had a lot of sophistication and flair, and I think that there was something extremely sexy about him.
Hey, there's less than an eight-year difference...a girl can dream, right?
He's also admitted he went overboard on several occasions...first apologizing to Candice at the reunion, and then also on his blog. If/when he matures, I expect he'll do very well for himself.
And I'd hate Tiffani over Stephen any day!
He was a jackass, and his rant with Candace was too much, but at the reunion, I gave him kudos for apologizing AND standing up to that irish guy. HE was the biggest jackass last season.
Yeah, but he never made a secret about it. I'd take that over slimy, passive-aggressive Tiffani any day.

Ugh, tell me about it. Tiffani got on my nerves from the very first episode--she never had a sense of humor, she always took everything the wrong way and she was never nice to anyone. I'm sure her food was great but I would never work with her.
I dont think we ever got to see the worst of Ken (Irish guy) since he was kicked out so fast. His childish behavior in the first episode (yelling in the kitchen to annoy everyone) and at the reunion showed how tiresome he'd have become.
At least Tiffani could cook.
Did anyone else notice that she kept saying how what was most important to her was the money? Even in the finale, when she was boo-hooing that she did't win, she was like "I really would have liked to have that money to travel, and pay off my debts."
I was like "uh, you know the money was for a RESTAURANT, right?"
Or a culinary career of some sort. She could have at least faked her being in it for the prestige just a little bit better.
THt annoyed me too. HArold took the chance and started his own restaurant, he really needed that money. sHe was just going to use it for a glorified vacation. It makes me sick.
I know someone who took a glorified vacation once.
And then she died.
Well, if it was glorified, she must be in heaven, Jaily...that must comfort you.
Glory, hallelulah!
I can't wait for the new season, and I thought Harold was so damn hot.
