Hurrah! Just spoke to Nic on the phone for like, 20 broken seconds - she wasn't crying or screaming, so I guess it wasn't her dancing with Bono during WOWY.

What's with OotS being played before the encores? And no Miracle Drug?? I still can't get over those encores. Are you gonna get caught up on all the spoilers you skipped, Claire?

I'm expected a shriek of "Best! Show! Ever!" in about 20 minutes when the gals gets home.

I can barely keep up with my schedule, I can't expect you to.

I met up with Nicole this afternoon to giver her the loot. Nice to meet you Nicole! I can't imagine how insane that must have been from inside the ellipse.

I was in the 300 section and was pissing my pants.

I don't follow the setlists that much, but it just felt like I was witnessing something special.

Normally at concerts, I stand and clap but don't make much sound otherwise. Tonight, I was singing along and screaming at the top of my lungs! It was so incredible!

I have no way to get the audio off of minidisc onto this machine, but as soon as I get home, I'll clean it up, track it and force you to sign on AIM so I can send it.

I took a ton of pictures though, I am about to try and get some of those off the camera, so stay tuned.

So, I was in the second row of the ellipe between Bono and Adam, and Adam and I had a couple quality "moments"!! J'adore Adam now even more than ever!

I'll post a full-fledged review tomorrow, including my post-concert standing woes, how bitter I am that I missed out on getting plucked by a mere handful of people (and she was uncooperative, so he threw her back), and all that fun business!

Night all...I'm now off to hobble back to my room. Climbing up on the bunkbed should be...interesting.

This is Claire; Nicole is currently unavailable due to her crippling injury. She really did fall down on the living room floor. I was afraid she would never get back up.

I was SSOOOOO excited. The setlist was absolutely amazing. I freaked out for each song they played. I had glimpsed Miss Sarajevo on a setlist while scrolling through here so it wasn't a complete surprise, but I was still thrilled to hear it. Bono singing Pavaroti's part was AMAZING. Nicole says tonight was the best she's heard him sing that. And when they went into Bad I lost it. I think the people around me thought I was crazy. So yeah, it was perfect! I can't wait 'til tomorrow, though, to see if there are any more surprises!

Our digital camera has the ability to capture some video I have no idea how good it is or isn't, but Anji decided to do some and I think we got at least all of Sunday Bloody Sunday.

I am in the process of ripping it from the camera and I'll see if I can't load it to yousendit or megaupload tonight.

Cool pics, Stephen! (Aside from that last one... ) Once you get home, you can Photoshop it to lighten it up a bit and the detail will be more evident too!

What was the highlight for you lucky bastards?

Claire, wasn't Miss Sarajevo totally awesome?? I was so not enthusiastic about it when I first found out it was on the setlist, but when he first sang it and did Pavvy's part, I was so won over. (Nic made fun of me because suddenly I was hoping Miss S was in every concert!)

Any happy birthdays today? No?

So what happened with getting people on stage during WOWY, Nic??

And how was Bono's drum solo? Did you have a good view of the ellipse from the stage?

And Bad! Aaahhh! Wow, I almost feel like I was there. But not.

Stephen, have you listened to the audio yet? How's the quality?

I think it's pretty okay. I listened to a snippet through head phones. When I pull it off I'll track it and clean it up as best I can.

It's tough to say what my highlight was. Sunday Bloody Sunday, With Or Without You, One, Mysterious Ways and Elevation are all right up there.

Did they do the bull fight in Mysterious Ways? I think the bull fight was introduced at my Seattle 2 show. HOT.

And I really liked Elevation the first few times I heard it - it TOTALLY bring the energy up. Sunday Bloody Sunday is good, natch. Hey, did he miss the microphone this time when he was blind-folded?

Hmmm...I'm going to have a long, rambling review, and since it's close to the next page, I'd rather get onto the next page before I type it, because it'll be a pain in the ass to read w/ Stephen's lovely pix!! I wish I had your camera with me on the floor!

ETA: The pix totally weren't big enough for it to be a scrolling problem. So, I'd just like to say (hours later) that this post was pretty useless!
