I'm sure someone will want it...I was just reading some sob stories on interference about people that got tix that they didn't really want, threw them back and came back empty handed...SOMEONE will want a ticket (even a single) thinking "something...anything's better than nothing!"

Scrolling through the MSG thread on interference, it looks like most people ended up w/ seats behind the stage...looks like that's where the real party's gonna be at!!! Woohoo!

Oh, and I actually got my e-mail confirmations from TM this time...So much nicer than having to freak out for 3 weeks waiting for the tix to come in the mail, like my Boston May tix!!!

Nah, it's totally a once in a life time, whirlwind adventure, sort of thing!!! But, I think her Friday was for the added date a week later. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure.

Go to "forum" on the top of the main page. The first option should be "ticket trades and sales." You just pick what leg of the tour its for.

I know, Elphie!!! Honestly, if it had turned out that between all of us (especially w/ Ellie's group of 4 trying for tix) we'd ended up w/ too many tix, I'd probably have tried selling some tix on eBay at a bit of a markup (just to put a dent in what I'm paying for my own tix, not for like $500 a pair or something crazy like that!) What gets me really riled up about these postings on eBay is that they are mostly tix that weren't even available to the general public or Prop members (since there was no presale for the dates added today). There's some shady dealings going on, and THAT pisses me off! Oh well, I'm going more times than I really should (hey, it's a b'day present to myself!!!), Tiff's going to a bunch of shows, your going to at least one (what was up w/ Hartford, I saw that you mentioned you didn't think you'd be able to go???

) Ellie'll get to go to at least one date w/ me if she didn't get any tix herself (I've got an extra for Monday at the moment, since Tiff got a pair for Monday too). All in all, I'd say we made out reasonably well. It's a pisser that no GAs popped up, but I'll settle for what I've got, happily!

Ooh, Atlanta! Congrats!
My parents aren't too cool with letting me go to Hartford. Even though I'm 20 and it shouldn't matter what they say, I'll be living with them at the time, which means they have some sort of control over me. It's the whole transportation thing. I live in NJ about 3 hours away from Hartford, and there aren't any really close bus/Amtrak stations. And they don't want me to be driving that late. And it's expensive. yada yada yada. So as of now they really don't want me to go. I get to see one show at least, so I guess I'm okay with it. I probably wouldn't even be able to get tickets anyway.
I agree mabel, I think we all made out fairly well. It sounded like Ellie at least got something from her one cryptic post. So we'll all be seeing them, even if it will be with binoculars for some of us.

I enjoyed the Elevation concert a few years back and I'm looking forward to the Vertigo show very much. I probably will just stick with my Friday tickets (and pass on Sat.) since I bought a few extra to the Friday show for friends.

Elphie, you don't have anyone else who could take you to Hartford? Neither of your parents would want to go? No brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, older cousins??? I'm sorry it doesn't sound like it'll pan out...At least you do have the one ticket for MSG! Oh, btw, I was reading about those e-tix, and I guess if multiple copies have been sent out, they let the first person in, so be sure to get there as early as possible, just in case!!! (Did I say that earlier?? Oh well!)

Oh, I just heard that there's supposed to be some big announcement on K-Rock (92.3) in NYC about U2 at 5! AHHHH!!! I can't take any more! I have NO IDEA what it is, but there's speculation that there may be another intimate, small venue concert (like the Irving Plaza gig pre-Elevation) or maybe even giving some passes to the HoF induction tonight! Needless to say, I'm listening! Must finish my paper for tomorrow NOW!!!

Edited to add that K-Rock's going to be giving away U2 tix every hour on the hour on Thursday for St. Pat's!!! Guess I'll be listening between classes!

ELPHIE!!! I've read they'll be playing two more dates at MSG on November 21/22!!! They're supposed to go on sale March 21st!

Listening to K-Rock patiently, hoping the "big U2 news" isn't the added dates!
