I've heard you can see through the curtains of light reasonably well.

I don't like the merchandise either. I'm either going to see how big a L/XL Youth shirt is for $20 or I'm just going to buy a non-Tour Vertigo shirt for $20 on U2.com (they're cheaper and I like them better...from what I remember).

Well, I still only see the one of Lars and Bono drumming, the group shot on the 1000th post and the merch pix...none of the others at the beginning of this page/end of the last page are up for me.

What do y'all think of the set design? I like it, but I kinda wanted my first U2 show to be more flashy and flamboyant.

^^ Yes, it has been. And you have to admit that we've stayed very on-topic for the most part!

I hate to agree with you but I also wish this was more tech-advanced. Giant screens, flashy lights, the lemon, the whole nine yards.

The War tee isn't bad, but I don't like the baseball jersey design. Also HATE the 'V' design. It's SCREAMING, "Look at my nethers! Look at my nethers!", which I am likely to yell once in a while. I don't need a tee-shirt to do it for me!

I like the stage layout. I've read a lot of complaints about it looking too much like Elevation, but I like it. I was expecting more flashiness (what happened to that 1 mil. Euros/show price tag)?!?!?!

Those shirts are so expensive. That's a good idea about getting a youth size, I'll probably try that as well. I want a tour shirt, but something's wrong when it costs almost as much as your ticket.

Where are you seeing the youth sizes/designs, Mabel?

Maybe I'll just get a poster or a program at the end of the show or something. do you think the poster will change to reflect the current city, or will they all stay "San Diego March 28 & 30"? :-/
