I don't think Trump will select Taylor Greene for his VP, but if he does it will be to his detriment. Willing to be Trump's VP does not automatically make that person worse than Harris. To suggest otherwise only demonstrates anger and hatred of Trump and does not effectively address the point. The point is how moderates and Republicans who do not like Trump might vote, not how you and like-minded people might vote.
Kamala Harris, too many times, embarrasses herself when getting in front of a microphone. She, too often, demonstrates how out of her element she is. Early on, her interview with Lester Holt about (not) going to the border was astonishingly bad. She inspires zero confidence that she can accomplish anything at the border, and that sentiment extends to most any other topic she is asked about. And that, both her speaking and subsequent reaction, has not improved since the Lester Holt interview. Republicans are far from alone in this regard. And the VP pick this time is relevant, being the 2024 VP will not be far off from possibly becoming the president. Unlike Biden's VP, Trump's VP may be someone a majority of voters would vote for. Maybe.
Kamala Harris isn't unpopular because of her race. It's because the term buffoon comes to mind, too often, when she speaks, not unlike with similar experiences with Dan Quayle, Sarah Palin, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
