Who else really loved this show when it was on television and still loves it today?! Man I used to watch this show all the time when I was smaller. Also had alot of their movies too. I wonder if there'll ever be a DVD release.

He never had a wife. The chipmunks were adopted.
But yeah I really loved Alvin and the Chipmunks. I had like this one video where they were singing R&R and pop tunes such as Elvis, Elton John, and Michael Jackson. That was one of my favorites.

Awwww heck now I feel old my kids watched that one. But I did sing the Chipmunk Christmas Song (Christmas, Christmas time is here....)
in highschool.

AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! I love that movie! I watched it all the time when I was little and the songs rocked. I also loved this movie.

OMG! I LOVE the Chipmunks and I love that movie! I own two DVD's of it! One foreign copy and I also recently got the new release! I also bought the soundtrack to that movie too!
Also, back in the early 1990's I got their country tape too!

Actually Hannah it is the other way around :) Simon was the smart one and Theodore was the fat one. And there was their female counterparts The Chipettes...with Brittany, Jeanette, and Eleanor. Remember the "Chipmonk Adventure" movie where they cirlced the globe in hot air balloons? Classic.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought so, Mateo.
But as the gay father of adopted Chipmunk (and I always capitalize that, since they certainly do not appear to be chipmunks...) children, how upset do you think Dave was that he was stuck with Alvin and not Britney. Now SHE was Fabulous...
PS- For those of you that love the movie, too...anyone else get uncomfortable now rewatching the scene where the Chipettes sing to the snakes to escape...plays a little differently now that I'm older...

Brittany was FABULOUS! For those who saw the movie, remember her attitude towards the Prince of Egypt, who wanted to marry her?
Her sisters were cool too!
Remember who adopted them? Mrs. Miller(whose voice was done by the lady who was 'Blanche' in "Grease").
Before that they lived in this totally cool treehouse!
