Just finished watching it. I 'm pretty sure this is one of the handful of X-files episodes I haven't seen (and my family were avid watchers of this series during its original run). And Anthony playing another technogeek character. Loved Scully's rendition of "Joy to the World."

This episode also brought up an observation I've had for the past year. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this. With the exception of Rent, Open House, and one scene in A Beautiful Mind; Anthony's eyes always look dark brown/black (even in his close-ups). I know it's probably a combination of lighting and the film stock used, but I find it strange that all these vastly, different projects always use cinematography that causes his blue eyes to look dark.

I don't know how true this is (I don't THINK she'd make it up), but a funny story from my friend:

Another friend of this friend went to an Anthony booksigning in Denver. She was on the phone with my friend, and the other friend let her talk to Anthony on the phone. My friend mentioned how she was going to go to the LGBT center, but she couldn't because she got sick. According to this friend, Anthony said, "Oh, yeah, I think I remember. I signed an extra book for your friend Katherine."

I thought it was funny. (The part about her being sick the day of the signing here was true, and my name is most definitely Katherine).

Granted, a Cubs fan becoming a Yankee fan is about as likely as Ben Brantley raving about Tarzan tonight...

Even if not on myspace, Anthony has been getting marriage proposals at his signings.

I love them both, especially the second one. It's definitely one of my favorites of him... all that blue really makes his eyes pop. :)
