He didn't respond to any of my messages, and they were very important, and questions.
Out of curiosity, what did you ask him (if you don't mind me asking)?
He posted a bulletin on myspace that he doesn't really respond to comments, but if people e-mail him he will eventually get back to you. He then posted an e-mail address, though I don't recall exactly what it was.

RENTingFAME, was this relatively recently? I've been checking his MySpace relatively regularly and I certainly haven't seen that. Also, I highly doubt he'd post his email address on a public place, especially a place such as MySpace that quite frankly, has a high number of idiotic users.

Hey guys, just out of curiosity is anyone here going to the book signing in Philly on Thursday (besides that creepy MySpace girl...)? I'm going and I was wondering if I'll be able to meet any BBWers.
It wasn't too long ago... I'm looking to see if I can find it. I know it seems weird, but that's what happened. And it was from his music myspace, which seems to be the real thing...
I don't know. I can't find it. but he did. Really.
Well, his music myspace is not real. So, the email address is most likely fake.
Just figured you'd all like to know that I've just finished Without You. Now, I sleep.
Yay!
I wish I could sleep.
Whoa...there's like, the biggest picture of Anthony EVER in the newspaper here today!

Siamese Dream:
The question I asked was about this concert that I wanted him to do, and it was for a good cause. He never responded to any of them, only read them.
But I emailed David B, whoever that is and he told me that Anthony was booked. I was very happy to get a response from someone.
Good Morning! Very cute picture.
Oh, I see. I didn't have it enlarged before. *gives Mandi big hugs, goes to read*

Some *great* quotes from Anthony. Thanks, Mandi! *hugs more*
Are you in a hugging mood today or something? *hugs*
It's a great article, aside from them saying that Mark had HIV...because you know, everyone has AIDS. *sigh* But other than that, it's great.
I'm ALWAYS in a hugging mood!
And yes, I noticed that error, but I chose to politely ignore it and just enjoy the Anthony quotes. It really bugged me, though.
*joins the hugs*
Great article.
Love the article! Love the picture more though.
And to everyone seeing the show in Chicago, I am just found out that I am going to get to go. No idea what day, but my mom is making it a birthday present. I won't have tickets ahead of time though and will just try for lotto. If I don't get it, oh well I will still be in Chicago.
Mandi, is that the Post Standard?

Report/Thoughts/Review from the Dallas signing last night...(I'm running on little sleep, and have been driving all morning...apologies if I ramble/don't make sense...haha):
Attendance was probably about 350 (I know for sure 325...)...far beyond the B&N's expectations of near 100-150.
He read out of "We Begin" with singing at the opera showcase, his birthday, and the Peasants feast (and meeting Adam). And talked about how long it took to write the book, how proud he is of it, the responses he's been hearing so far, etc etc. Sang a verse of La Vie Boheme...
Q&A-In the words of my mom, "Watch the documentary before you ask a question!" Lots of silly questions, which I guess was to be expected to some extent. Some girl asked something along the lines of, when did it hit you that you were actually doing the movie...and his response? "Haven't you read the book yet?" Muahahaha...Someone asked about his education to which he responded he did film school but dropped out...pause..."I'm not proud that I dropped out...stay in school!" Nice little PSA for the kids Best question was how do you feel about big name celebrities on Broadway (It's a double edged sword-it introduces people to theatre that might not otherwise come, which is good; but usually there are far more talented people that could be in them...his example was Julia Robert's play thats about to open).
It was a little hectic with the signing, of course. Someone tried to start a singalong...and thankfully were stopped (really, offkey singing of Tango Maureen is just not cool). Some people brought every piece of Rent memorabilia they had...including some girl who brought a promo cardboard cutout thing (woah). In front of me was a little boy and his mom (she was the fan), but regardless took a picture of the little boy with Anthony. He was so nice and trying to talk to him and the boy just stood there the whole time, serious look on his face. It was sweet (and slightly amusing). When it was finally my turn, did the picture thing, had him sign my book and Look Around book, said something that probably made no sense about how much I loved his work, and how much I appreciated how honest the book was...I was about halfway through the line, and left about 9:30. So he was going to be there a loooong time.
Anyways, good night, good times. I heart Anthony. I'm sure I'll think of more later...
