No wait. It was Maine.

WHOO, power to the Canadians! *parties and <3 to all!*

I'm from Alberta and am also angry (well, more disappointed, I guess) that Stephen Harper won...unfortunately, I'm in the minority over here. update Bah.

I mean, you tell me, who would you rather meet in a dark alley? Whatever's out there, or that geezer with his four hundred knives? I mean, who packs four hundred knives? Personally, I only have space for two hundred, three hundred at most.

Skittles, especially because they're aren't many people in Nunavut seeing as it's too cold to live.

Well, he's already coming to Syracuse, isn't he update

I'm sensing some hostility towards all the snow Syracuse just got.

It wasn't really THAT much, and it wasn't even that cold. Or, maybe I'm just used to it?

Heh. Damn Lake Ontario.

I have tickets for Barefoot on the 21st. I hope that the concert is late enough for me to go to.

pffft... I may as well live in another country... the chances of Anthony (or ANYONE) coming to South Carolina are just as slim. *sulks*

No, I'm not complaining about the snow now that I don't have to go out in it anymore. But someone back home once asked me if Syracuse was in the Arctic, so I have to laugh about it.

Wanderingchild, thats why I said a bit earlier you should probably call. At the time Emily and I called there was only 150 books but they might've ordered more if they're really expecting that many.

Did they say a general amount of how many people would be there? Emily and I were trying to compare with how many people there were at the Interlochen screening, which was somewhere from 100-125ish... I think. I'm not good at estimates.

Wow I really can't leave the thread for this long. I don't know people!! I'm sure this was already discussed but did anyone else get Anthony's book in the mail? Loving it so far.

What happened to Andrae?

Fan: Oh my god! You're, like, standing right there and, like, looking right at me and, like, oh my god! Anthony Rapp: Yes, that's a pretty accurate discription of reality.

Late to the game, but I'll definitely be at the show on the 21st. Can't wait to see you. Oh Canada

My school's bookstore only ordered three copies of the book, which makes little sense to me. I got the last one a few hours ago.

AOL really hates me. It took me an insane amount of time just to read all of the posts I missed, and I have the feeling it’s going to kick me off the Internet soon, so I’ll make this a hello-and-goodbye post.

Hello, Anthony! (a little late). I really hope my mom lets me go to The Cutting Room after. I also really hope I can find someone to go with- all by friends that like Rent and/or Anthony are going to be away.

My mom and I cancelled our book order through amazon and we were going to go to barnes and noble or borders after school today, yet low and behold, I wake up with a 103 degree temp this morning and she forces me to stay home, no school= no bookstore= no anthonys book Oh Canada. Now I have to wait till tomorrow night and after hearing all these great reviews I can't wait!!

Anthony's going be in my state tomorrow, we'll be breathing the same air...great I'm getting delerious. I can't wait till the 21st now, I am most defintely going to the February 21st signing now, so I can go to the concerty thing after.

I finally got around to calling the Booksmith. Snapshots are allowed, but video is not (dangit). You can bring 1 additional item to sign, and you must purchase the book there. They have enough copies for everyone, and they recommend showing up at about 6 pm.

"`I grow old... I grow old... I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.` What does that mean, Mr. Marlowe?" "Not a bloody thing. It just sounds good." He smiled. "That is from the `Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.` Here's another one. `In the room women come and go/Talking of Michael Angelo.' Does that suggest anything to you, sir?" "Yeah -- it suggests to me that the guy didn't know very much about women." "My sentiments exactly, sir. Nonetheless I admire T. S. Eliot very much." "Did you say, 'nonetheless'?" - The Long Goodbye by Raymond Chandler

Okay, not kicked-off yet...

Wow, I’m sorry. Hope you feel better. Is it weird that I’m like, scared to post my review?

DTYD: I just finished the chapter about Jonathan--currently taking a break in an attempt to make this book last--and I totally understand where you're coming from. That chapter destroyed me (thankfully, I was alone in my dorm room).

Anthony has this way of writing that is so RAW and HONEST, he just takes you right into his story and allows you to feel exactly what he felt. I've never read anything quite like this. No other autobiography written by a celebrity has ever struck such a deep chord in me. Anthony doesn't romanticize or sugarcoat his story, yet the honesty of it is what makes it so beautiful. This book is truly unique and special.

...Okay, I'll stop gushing like a fangirl now.
