As much as I loved reading Babar (was it a show, too?), I'd never. ever. EVER want to see an elephant in real life.
No idea what a house hippo is. But I'd never want to see one of those either. Or rhinos. Or giraffes.
I'm not good at zoos, as you can imagine....
My favorite t-shirt that I own:

Do any of y'all use Paypal? Is there another online payment thing that works kind of like that? I really need something. It's just not possible for me to get on a bus and take an hour long trip into the city to buy movies, CDs, books, etc.

tacos: Babar was in books first, then it branched out to TV and other things. And there ends my knowledge of Babar.
On another note, the book came today. My dad put it in my car on my seat and when I opened the door to go home it was there. I gave him air kisses across the parking lot of the police station. I opened the box, but I have to wait to read it. I have to read 20 something more pages of The Awakening first. I'll probably put off my DBQ until tomorrow...

semi-random: I had a nightmare once about falling into a giant fire-y pit, and all the Rhinos from Babar were at the top, and they offered to throw down a rope ladder, but then after I got almost to the top of the rope ladder they cut it, and I fell into the fire-y pit...and fell...and continued to fall...until I woke up. Too bad Babar didn't save me
