My best friend always wore this bright purple Barney 80s-style warm up suit thing to school...it was fabulous

-_- I used to walk out of the room when Barney was put on.

When I was 6 or so I used to watch Zaboomafoo. "I was leaping along. Leap. Leap. Leap." And National Geographic's Really Wild Animal tapes...

*loves Mandi*

I don't still occasionally break into "I love you, you love me" in the shower.

Literal tacos! Sheesh. Y'all are nasty....

He really was a hottie. And, the girl with the teddy bear annoyed me.

When I was 4, I met Barney, and my life was complete. Amazon

Well, if you guys didn't have all that stuff, then I DEFINITELY wasn't a member of the "Barney Fan Club"...

I met him at a pizza shop, and we got to sing with him! I think I have a picture too...

I met Barney when I was five. Don't ask how it went. Just know that on that day, I developed a fear of meeting 'celebrities'. Never again.

Without You and the Rent bible came today! They were expected to arrive much later, but they came today!

How I'm going to be able to do my homework, I don't know...

I absolutely adored Babar. I was a Barney fan. Sesame Street rocked my socks. Oh, and Rupert. And TEDDY RUXPIN. But I was a Care Bears girl mostly. ::drifts off into a nostalgic state::

I saw Barney at Clinton's inaugural parade in '93. It was one of the highlights of my young life.

I loved Zaboomafoo (that is so not spelled right), Babar (the books). I don‘t remember actually ever watching Barney

I LOVED Pinky and the Brain. That is all.

Bananas in Pajamas rocked. As did Teddy Ruxpin. Oh, how I miss those days...

You are all far younger than I and reading through this thread is making me feel very OLD. I babysat for kids who watched these shows.

I was insanely obsessed with the Power Rangers... cut my hair in 2nd grade to look like Kimberly..

I have tapes of episodes and still watch them..

Mandi - that made me smile.

Drumtilyoudrop - I wanted to be the pink one, but my neighbour (a boy no less) always played that one so I couldn't be her.

I wanted to be Kimberly when I was little. I used to try to kick people.

And I *still* have the Power Rangers movie...

I wanted to be the pink one, too.

Really random, but if you ever watch that 1950-something production of Julius Caesar, the guy that plays Antony is a young version of the guy in The Godfather.

The pink ranger was my childhood HERO... I really just wanted her boyfriend, though. *giggleblush*

D_I: you mean Marlon Brando?
