I've never liked "Blue Christmas," no matter who sings it. But "Wonderful Christmastime" is an even better choice.

I guess I don't really hate any Christmas songs. I do hate certain renditions. Anything on the Streisand album is sh*t, and I'm not such a fan of Johnny Mathis' Chistmas stuff, although I, generally, like him.

I love Christmas songs, but I've had some bad experiences with them

1. I had We Wish You a Merry Christmas stuck in my head for two and a half years... on and off, but more often on.

2. I was browsing a Rite Aide, or some drug store like it, and I saw one of the dancing and singing Santas. As I pushed the button and peered closely at it, I realized too late that it was a "Booty-Shakin'" Santa. I found myself staring at Santa's backside, which was shaking with a fervor. I don't think I'll ever look at St. Nick the same way ever again.

I have an interesting relationship with "Christmas Shoes". I can't take it seriously. I think it's hilarious that the singer tries to make it touching and sad. I had a really good laugh about it last Christmas when I first heard it- and whenever I hear it now, I cannot help but mock it. Hate? nah.

i hate hate hate that christmas shoes song! i just dont get why a poor kid would spend his money on shoes for his mom who is about to die and will have no use for them!

Christmas Shoes, of course, anyone with two brain cells hates that one.

I also hate Carol of the Bells and that Trans Siberian Orchestra piece of dreck. And Wonderful Christmastime. Basically, I hate all the ones that are the most popular on the radio, it seems.

I usually have headphones on when shopping at Duane Reade and the like - but I can't turn them up loud enough to drown out that crap and still be aware of what's going on around me.

I actually like that song about Santa getting stuck in the chimney. It's sick but I like it. I've only heard it a few times. Maybe I'll grow to hate it if I hear it another 30 times.

The one that goes S-a-n-t-a-C-l-a-u-s, hooray for Santa Claus. Makes me homicidal, and I get to hear it at work often, along with other novelty and pop Christmas songs. However, most of those don't bother me. It's just that one song. Sometimes my friend calls and sings it on my voicemail just to piss me off cause I won't get it out of my head for the rest of the day.
