-hand towels for my bathroom
-a transponder for my car so I don't have to pay cash at the bridge tolls
-a new ipod (80GB ipod classic). It was supposed to be a Wii, but my mom couldn't find one and I've been needing a new ipod anyway since my first generation mini could be filled to capacity about 5 times over.

For my birthday I got $100 gift card to Kohl's (or I will eventually, it got lost in the mail)

My gifts from my brother have not yet arrived but I am betting they will be Broadway related CDs or DVDs.

i also got season one of the dead zone, dark water, sleepy hollow, a dresden dolls dvd, a dresden dolls cd, scrabble deluxe, 2 nintendo ds games, a boston shirt, crocs with fuzzies in them, fake uggs from wet seal, stretchy pink gloves, a nightmare before christmas poster/painting thing from the disney store, nightmare before christmas pajama pants and slippers, some burts bees products from my cousins, a calender with cats on it, a fantastic book that i have already finished reading, and some other small things that were in my stocking.
i also got a few gift cards.... borders books, hot topic, and westfarms mall

To spend the day with friends. We stopped giving gifts 6 years ago and decided that our friendship is our gift to each other. But with the snowstorm here, the day was almost cancelled. We had a wonderful day.

Clothes, clothes, more clothes, socks and underpants (what Christmas is complete without socks and underpants?), and, strangely enough, a carbon monoxide alarm.

Also, a guilt trip from my great-aunt about not seeing my grandmother before she died, a guilt trip from my mother for not visiting more often, a guilt trip from my aunt about not visiting more often, a guilt trip from my father for not visiting more often, a guilt trip from my sister-in-law for never calling (why in the world would I call her anyway?), and... the piece-de-resistance... a guilt trip from a step-uncle whom I'd never actually met for not visiting more often.

Ah, family. Where's my vodka?

Three seasons of 24, two seasons of The West Wing, a few other DVDs, the greatest book of Bushisms ever, a couple other books that I'm halfway done with already, some giftcards (some Starbucks, some iTunes), a ton of socks, a very soft robe, some sweaters, two new pairs of boots, a *ton* of chocolate, some jewelry, enough chapstick to last till the next century, a gift certificate for the Pittsburgh Cultural District to see whatever concert or show I choose, and a gorgeous new white coat. Overall, things went pretty well.

Seasons 1-3 of House...which kinda baffled me...I like House just fine but, would have much preferred the entire H:LOTS series instead and seriously -- season 6 just ROCKED. Novices. *sighs*.

My grandfather got us all scratch-off lottery tickets, cheap bastard that he is. My cousin won $10 and my mom won a free ticket, but the rest of us just got a useless lottery ticket.
Other than that, most of my family just gave me cash, some of which I'm going to save, and some of which I'm going to use to finance my trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras in February :)

Their soups are always great. Best of all, they sell Jones Soda products. That's usually the reason I go there.
