BWW asked Broadway Stars what they were thankful for, and now I'm asking the fans!
I'm thankful for my wonderful family and friends, all the opportunities I have, my fantastic position hear at BWW, and of course, these Boards which keep me entertained throughout the day when I want to procrastinate! (Which I'm doing right now!)
How about you guys?
Health.
Love.
Blessings too numerous to count.
This crazy playground... and all who are part of this merry little band of OT Board players.
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving.
All of you.
I"m thankful each new day that I wake up full of zest for life and hope, for my family and friends who care about me, and for my ability to make art.
"Got no check books, got no banks. Still I'd like to express my thanks - I got the sun in the morning and the moon at night." -- Irving Berlin
I am thankful that after suffering a stroke on Sept 9th that my Mom is still alive. Last week a pulmonary embolism sent her back to the hospital. She is still there and today is also her birthday...but I am thankful she is still alive and I take comfort knowing that although she is in the hospital that she is receiving the best care possible. She's a fighter and I have faith that she will get through this...i can't be with her today because she is in Puerto Rico...but shes in my thoughts today and in my heart. I am thankful that my Mom made it to 67 today. I love you Mom.
Sending you and your Mom all my best wishes, Carlos!
Thank u Addy! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
I'm thankful to be celebrating my favorite American Holidsy in America, for the sacrifices my family have made for us and thanful for all the soldiers for there sacrifice and most of all for the President and Military for keeping us all safe.
I'm thankful there's enough liquor to keep me drunk enough not to care about the holidays.
Honestly, though, I'm thankful for my loving boyfriend, our many friends, and all the crazy San Francisco has to offer.
I'm thankful for an accepting family, an exceptional partner, the most loyal friends imaginable, and I'm thankful for the artists (musicians/actors/etc) in my life who inspire me to fear nothing.
I'm thankful Adam Sandler didn't make a cross over Thanksgiving/Chanukah movie.
My husband, and the fact that we were able to marry legally in our home state after almost 3 years of waiting.
My family, through blood and friendship, who lift me up all the time.
My health.
Having a job I love.
2013 has been an exceedingly great year overall, despite some setbacks. I'm thankful, and grateful, for a lot today.

I'm thankful for literacy, from which all blessings and pleasure springs. Cupcakes, of course. And the love of a good dog.
I'm also thankful for spending a wonderful Thanksgiving with my partner Ron and his family and for getting the opportunity to speak to my Mom who is surrounded by her siblings and the gift of chocolate for her birthday....the love just keeps on flowing.
So I have to be thankful for LOVE. It conquers ALL.
I wish all of you a blessed Thanksgiving filled with much love, peace and joy!
I'm thankful for my wonderful parents, who I'm going to go help with dinner after I log off here and who are extraordinary enough to have supported my switch from pre-law to writing, rather than push me to do the reverse like many would have done. I'm thankful for my lovely friends who are so much kinder and more loving than my extended blood family. I'm thankful for my health and home, for my job in a theater and the people I meet there, and for the love around me, both in my real life and even in this crazy old online world.
God bless you all and your families (or, if you're not particularly religious, simply sending wishes for a wonderful holiday!)

Friends and family top my list. I'm also grateful to have a job I truly love.
Carlos, here's wishing you and your mom all the best.
Thanks to BWW for the friends, virtual and otherwise, I've made.

I'm thankful that I've worked on my depression big time and started taking medication which has helped big time... it has honestly helped to save my life!
I'm thankful for the health of my family and friends.

I'm thankful that I try to be thankful every day. I have been given so many opportunities when so many don't even know where their next meal is coming from....I never lose sight of how lucky I am. I do my best to give back both financially and with service.
I'm thankful for the love that I have from my family. Time is so short. I'm thankful that none of us take it for granted.
I'm thankful for my 2 cats. They bring me so much joy. Love unconditional.
Well, semi-conditional. As long as I keep them fed.
I'm thankful for all the wonderful art I have the chance to enjoy. From literature, to theatre, to of course film, I am grateful for the inspiration they provide.
And of course I'm thankful for my BWW family. A group of people from all walks of life and all over the world who get to come together and bond over a shared love of theatre. I think back to 15 or so years ago when there was no community you could come to and discuss how amazing or awful the show you just saw was.
And if you didn't live in NY you would be lucky to meet anyone who know what a "Sondheim" was.
So to all my friends: Happy Thanksgiving!!!
