Poor Coco indeed. And do you notice that the layout of the house is switched? The bedrooms are where the lanai is and vice versa.
Dorothy: No, she wants to sit here where it's 100 degrees and eat enchiladas.
Dorothy: Rose, Charles is dead.

There was nothing in the fridge, so they fried up poor Coco while reminiscing about previous (also unaired) episodes. It was rather gory, so the network decided to pull it. In later seasons, they substituted cheesecake.
