Ok so apparently he's the father of Olivia Newton John's daughter Chloe (which i figured from the last name). but other than that, theres not much on the internet about him. He seems to be a sometimes actor who was in Xandu and Grease 2.

I saw Chloe on some VH1 show and was curious that they never talk about her father. So i looked and couldn't find anything passed 1993 on him.

Because the point of the show is that these are the kids of Music stars. her father is a not famous actor. her mother is an international music star and a award winning singer

I think he got notoriety for his big nude scene in the Candace Bergan/Jacqueline Bisset melodrama 'Rich and Famous'. As a teen, I rented the movie just to see him in the alltogether. I think he was mid 80s eye candy for about 15 minutes. I think ONJ met him on the set of Xanadu.

Yes, I understand that liverpool. It seems like he fell off the face of the planet. Now i know how my parents felt as their matinee idols and "it" kids just kind of disappeared (or died).

I believe he literally disappeared. Either he's gone into hiding or died and his body was never found.


EDITED TO ADD: Ooops, Wrong ONJ husband. It's her secodn that's either dead or faking. I guess Matt has just figuratively disappeared. He was a LOOKER in his day, however. Updated On: 4/23/08 at 09:09 PM

I remember the T-Birds tying up Matt and friends in Grease 2 so they could wear their jackets and win the talent show. He was so hot...why did Olivia divorce him?????

I did find one reference to him in that book the girls who worked for Heidi Fleiss wrote "You'll Never Make Love In This Town Again" (I think that was the title). He was, allegedly, a frequent customer. Even bringing one of them into his marital bed. Maybe that's why she divorced him.

Wow! That must have been heartbreaking for Olivia. I've been a big ONJ fan for years, but I never knew the complete story of their breakup. This sheds some light on the subject for me...thanks!!!!

There was an article on Chloe in a recent People magazine and they made a passing reference that Matt now lives in a teepee in LA. He declined to comment on the story. And Chloe said she and her dad were "best friends".

He spent about a year in a horrificly bad Australian soap called "Paradise Beach" back in the mid 90s. Other then that he is just properly living on the alimony Livvy pays him.

I know the family of Aras Baskauskas (The Winner of Survivor: Exile Island) had a teepee in their backyard (it was shown during a video clip or something in the family member video moment). Granted I think they might be Santa Monica. Plus Aras's grandfather was McDonald Carey from "Days of Our Lives" (so a connection to Hollywood... somewhat).

Matt is exactly where you would expect him to be.

Today, he is scheduled to deliver a tomato plant to my apartment.  The weather is cold and rainy.  I intend to introduce Matt to several of my lady friends.  I wonder if Matt will attend the big parade on Saturday?

Matt is handsome as ever, shy and mysterious.  How many big cities on the Pacific Coast have a big parade in June?

He still has Olivia on speed dial.  It was a friendly divorce, contrary to silly speculation from outsiders.  Matt has never explained the details to his friends.  We don't know why they divorced.

Matt is shy, then talkative and your best friend.  That's the buddy I know from long ago and, today, if the bum ever shows up with the tomato plant in cold, rainy, Bud Clark town.

You do realize that this thread is over 7 years old, yes?  And most of the posters in it aren't here anymore, right?

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
