DAME - I went to a fantastic Puerto Rican restaurant last night. Had the camarones al ajillo and my, erm, date, had the bistec encebollado. YUM! The rice and beans were amazing. Also had a plantain platter for app, with friend ripe plantains, patacones, and a shredded plantain thingy I have no idea what it was.

Oh my gosh DD.. that sounds AMAZING. remember that place. because when I finally visit.. i want to go.

The plantain platter sounds delicious. however.. i do hope you hit that treadmill today because those have a tendency to go to my thighs immediately.

When you finally make it to the NW, we are totally going there. It's about 20 minutes from my house, but it's totally a cute neighborhood... turning out to be one of my favorite neighborhoods in Seattle, actually.
