I hope that he got along with Iris better than I did with all four at my house. I almost left and went on strike last night.

Hugh is taking a rest for a few days! Your b-day is over, no being greedy! :) He'll be back before you know it!
brd - kinda at a stand still. My mom is being really picky. She only wants to buy in this town and we need a two family, so there are only so many able to be listed, lol. We have two we really like, one is more money. We could afford it, but don't know if it is worth spending the extra money, when the other one is nice and affordable. So we are just waiting on mom to make up her mind. I had an appt. with her accountant today, and we took the steps to close my step father's company and all. Bit rough to go through, but needed to be done.

The negative with the nicer one is that it is not a technical two family. It is a big house with an "in-law suite", so technically it is the same house. We wouldn't be able to legally rent it later in life.
