Awww, poor L! Was the night worth the hangover? Yes? Then it's all good. Just drink plenty of fluids and relax in the Hot Tub! =)
About to leave for NYC. I think we are driving in. Thankfully I checked the tickets this morning, because for some strange reason I thought the show started at 3, but it's at 2. That would have been bad! =) I wrote down all my info for Lotto later, so wish me luck! L - I'll text you later with the results!
Have a wonderful day all!
Have a great day Tink!
I just had to get C17 packed up, now back to bed.
C17?
Oh... your sister.
And now begins Hell Week. Off to load-in and set building and light hanging.
Good times.

Have fun, DD - hope it all goes as smoothly as it can!
Just spent a couple hours volunteering at a "Dance for Darfur" fundraiser at the JCC.
Now I get to do laundry and in bed early!
Had an early finish... not really happy about it, but I'm glad I get to come home and have a quiet evening. Watching The Devil Wears Prada.

DD - what aren't you happy with?
We are not where I want to be, technically, the day before tech. We have a Q2Q tomorrow, and we might not have lights, the set is halfway done... I know it will all come together, but I don't like this last minute, rushing to get everything done half @ssed.
There. I ranted.

DD - gotcha. I think, at some point, we've all been there. Is there a tech director you could beat? If he's hot, I could do it for you, if you'd rather just watch PRADA . . .
No technical director, unfortunately. It's a small, fringe theater group.
It will be ok. I just don't like being worried about this stuff.
Prada is pretty fun... not getting my attention completely... being that I'm online at the same time.

I enjoyed Meryl's performance - at least, as much as I could enjoy the presentation of such a raving BITCH! I usually don't like to pay attention to such people. If I want to see that, I can just go to the grocery store - or come here

I love me some Meryl.
She is fun to watch.
The story isn't grabbing me. It's like she sold her soul... at least so far she has.
It was a fun movie - but it sold out the ending a bit compared to the book.
Happy Saturday night everyone.
It is raining here - we have had such un Socal weather lately.
Hi You...
I figured the would. Movies are always 'softer' than books.
I actually liked the movie better than the book, for once.
The movie had a softer ending, and humanized Miranda a bit more.
L - how is your head? Sounds like you had a great BD yesterday.
I'm still watching... Humanized? I'm in Paris...
Basically, the book and the movie end a little differently. I will tell you about it tomorrow.
:)
boo, they deleted my avatar!
LOOOOONNGGG day, lol! Had a wonderful time but it's great to be on my couch!
Saw Spamalot matinee..tried lotto for the first time (Q than Bee - didn't win)...than went to TKTS for the first time...walked around too much just to decide to see The Producers. I'll post reviews in my blog once I get mental clarity back. Oh and stage doored for the first time too! What a night!
Ohhhh - DG and Dame are going to be so sad!
What a nice avatar that was!
My head is better, asprin works great. Just did laundry tonight and watched tv, time for bed so I can teach Hebrew school tomorrow morning.
Tink, glad you had fun at the shows!
It's too neatly packaged... I don't mind that about romantic comedies... but this isn't a romantic comedy.
