LOL, Masie! I may put it back on eventually, but I said some incriminating things and then got paranoid that someone who knew the person I was talking about would recognize me and tell him. If that makes any sense.

Pizza in moderation is healthier than anything else taken to extremes. :3

Mind you, that's true of all food; as long as you're having a healthy amount, there's no reason it cannot be considered healthy. XD

Bottom Line-no matter how unreasonable or stubborn it is of me, I will always believe pizza is healthy. I eat it, plus other "unhealthy" foods, and I"m healthy. (and losing weight!)

Well I'm eating a healthy salad tonight. However, I will be putting bacon, cheese, hard boiled egg (which I guess is fine), and a ton of non-diet ranch dressing on it.

Ah, it's good to see my pizza thread back up!

I actually got to go to a Costco a few weeks ago, and bought one of their pepperoni pizzas. (I think Costco makes one of the best pizzas I've ever had, btw). I cut it up, and froze the slices. I still have a few left YIPPEE!

I made a delicious buffalo chicken pizza last week.

Ranch, Tabasco, Swiss cheese, and chicken. YUM!!!

Fruit Pizza is one of my favorites. It's not like Italian pizza. You start with a crust of baked sugar cookie dough. After the crust is cooked, spread cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar. Then you add the fresh fruit. Pineapples, cherries, blueberries. watermellon chunks, thin apple slices, slices of orange, whatever else you want. Drizzle with a fruit syrup liqueur and it's ready to eat. Or you can drizzle a fruit yogurt. There's no cooking except for the crust.

As a Type 2 Diabetic, the cheese and carbs in the traditional pizza are off my list. However, Milano's Pizza in East Patchogue has developed a diabetic-friendly pizza: It has very thin crust (lowering the carbs) and is loaded with tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, eggplant, onions, olives, peppers and garlic. They also roll the crust in sesame seeds before baking it (giving it a bit more fiber). It tastes very good and keeps my glucose levels in check.

And yeah, if I remember correctly, tofu is a vegetarian, hence her user name.
