danmag, I used to be a horrible cook, but my friend got me a subscription to Cooking Light magazine, and my mom got me one for Paula Deen's. After cooking for a few years with recipes, it became easier to make stuff up on my own or try to replicate things from restaurants. I still use the magazine recipes alot though.
Weez we always do pizza on Fridays. Either I make pizza, we go out for pizza (my favorite place is Pizza Plant, which is where I stole my spinach pizza idea from), or we order pizza.

Posted: 1/9/09 at 7:38pmI really don't care if it's considered unhealthy, I know that I'd die if I couldn't have pizza again ! It is my favorite food in the whole wide world ! If I didn't watch my weight, I could happily eat only pizza every day, for the rest of my life !! And the more different meats it has, the better !!

Today in the school cafeteria, they were serving a choice burgers or pizza (no veggie burgers, either-- argh), so I got pizza and plenty of fruits and veggies, and then I scraped off all of the cheese and all of the sauce and squeezed out the grease and just ate the crust. Random nerdy-looking boys from a nearby table walked over and started yelling, "What is the matter with you? EAT THAT PIZZA!"

mmmm Pizza. BBQ chicken pizza is by far my favorite. Now I am craving it.
Luckily we are having pizza chicken. It is a chicken breast, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. It is one of my favorite meals.

Posted: 1/9/09 at 7:53pmI'm still a little afraid of the chocolate pizza. I don't quite get it. I did try a cinnamon pizza dessert thing once though and that was pretty good. It was basically a flat cinnamon roll.

The crust had some kind of light mapley sort of glaze that looked like cheese, and there were fruits on top cut in the shape of pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and other veggies. I seriously thought it was a real pizza until I smelled it.

Depends. If I want something cheesy, greasy, unhealthy, and YUM, I'll take a deep-pan. If I'm going for something with a little more class that requires a knife and fork, then thin crust.
What's the difference between thick and deep-pan?

I just had 2 slices of pepperoni and one of sausage. The bbq chicken has been put on the back-burner until next week. We had friends over and I didn't have enough to make it for all of us.
I'm so full and fat feeling, but I'm a happy camper.

Posted: 1/9/09 at 11:39pmI have such a weakness for the stuffed crust from Pizza Hut. I don't recommend plain cheese with stuffed crust though, it's more than a little overkill.
