my cousin came out to me at her sister's wedding. but as we were on the dance floor at the time and she is deaf, i didn't hear/understand her right away and just yelled back at her "yeah" every few seconds.

it now makes perfect sense to me that she is a lesbian; she is good with her hands after all.

SweetQ, I think you used a wrong choice of words, I think you decide to "come out" but you don't decide to be gay, you just are.
I think you should try to call him and bring it up and let him know you're there to support him a 100%
