He was a talented actor. What would you say are some of your favorite movies of his?
The Patriot and Brokeback Mountain.
My favorite Heath Ledger movie will never be made.
Brokeback. Give it time, I believe that the film (and Ledger's performance) will reach 'classic' status.
Brokeback, but A Knight's Tale is quite possibly my definitive guilty pleasure. I don't even know how many times I've seen that movie. It's so ridiculous, but I never tire of it.

Yep, I'm a Knight's Tale, fan, too. I hate the girl who plays the princess, and the costume design is just appalling, but I really like the movie, anyway. It's fun!
I realized yesterday that I have never seen a Heath Ledger movie.
10 Things I Hate About You
Probably the best teen movie of the past decade.

Amazon says "Ten Things" and "Knight's Tale" are out selling "Broke Back."

A Knight's Tale
Brokeback Mountain.
But my siblings and I would watch The Patriot all the time. That and the DVD of Into the Woods. We loved them both. A weird combination, I know.
His performance in "Candy" is one of the best I have ever seen and totally overlooked. His gritty, heartbreaking performance as a junkie was a wonder. His talent is missed.
10 Things is one of my fav teen movies. It cracks me up everytime. And it's the one that me really love Heath. Major teen girly crush ensued after seeing him in that...
10 Things I Hate About You was the only "teen movie" released in my teen years that didn't make me cringe, so I'm going to go with that one.
But I'm also with bettyboy -- Candy absolutely broke my heart when I saw it last year.
I'm going with "Candy" also. It left me shattered afterwards. I needed a stiff drink.

Didn't really care for Brokeback Mountain.
I will say also that even though it hasn't been released yet that I'm am excited and really looking forward to see his final performance as Joker in TDK. The trailer and the prologue show that he has done what many fans are hoping for and that is a definitive, dark, scary Joker on film and he has done that(I mean no disrespect to Jack Nicholson's Joker).

I'm Not There, definitely.
Brokeback Mountain is a close second. I love how they all chose to go with a subtle track with that movie.
I haven't seen I'm Not There yet, but I can't wait. It only played here for a week and I didn't get a chance to see it then. I didn't realize he was in it though. Cool.

Yeah he represents Bob Dylan's family life. He's great.
In a way, it's a similar role to Ennis Del Mar.
Interesting... I found the whole concept of the film fascinating when I first read about it. I'm sad that I missed it initially and I'm hoping it makes a return before hitting dvd.
