Madame President

They both have similar economic views and they are both from New England.

And so they would be a winning ticket in 4 (maybe 5) of out of the 6 states in New England, and a losing ticket in every other state in the country.

?? Hillary Clinton Is Whitewashing the Financial Catastrophe

Hillary Clinton’s recent op-ed in The New York Times, “How I’d Rein In Wall Street,” was intended to reassure nervous Democrats who fear she is still in thrall to those mega-bankers of New York who crashed the American economy. Clinton’s brisk recital of plausible reform ideas might convince wishful thinkers who are not familiar with the complexities of banking. But informed skeptics, myself included, see a disturbing message in her argument that ought to alarm innocent supporters.

Candidate Clinton is essentially whitewashing the financial catastrophe. She has produced a clumsy rewrite of what caused the 2008 collapse, one that conveniently leaves her husband out of the story. He was the president who legislated the predicate for Wall Street’s meltdown. Hillary Clinton’s redefinition of the reform problem deflects the blame from Wall Street’s most powerful institutions, like JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, and instead fingers less celebrated players that failed. In roundabout fashion, Hillary Clinton sounds like she is assuring old friends and donors in the financial sector that, if she becomes president, she will not come after them.

Mr. President

Today my attitude has changed regarding the DNC, especially my Congresswoman, although I've never liked her. This is not going to get Sanders supporters to the polls in November. Bad move Debbie, you're done.

Mr. President

It was Wasserman Schultz's fault that the Sanders campaign breached Clinton's data?

#1533

Mr. President

PRS, PJ, Hillary just lost my vote and I live in Florida.

Mr. President

That's a weird answer.

#1535

Mr. President

Do you think Bernie knew about this? Are you serious? Hilary lost votes today thanks to DWS, bad mistake pissing off Bernie voters, win today and a big one, GOP.

Mr. President

I think if one Clinton staffer, let alone four, had done something like this, Sanders supporters wouldn't rest until Clinton was burned as a witch in the town square.

And how how did she lose your vote? When did she ever have it?

Mr. President

She always had it, if you want to look at past writings don't waste your time. I always said that the Dem nominee would get my vote. I'm not so sure right now and maybe a few million Bernie supporters feel like I do.

Mr. President

I don't understand that if you're a Democrat, but okay.

#1539

Mr. President

maybe a few million Bernie supporters feel like I do.

Maybe.

After watching the aftermath of the terrorism in Paris and San Bernadino, I realized many of my fellow Americans (in the media and on the streets) are playing a game called "How Is This Story About Me?". If it were an Olympic sport, I am pretty sure South Florida would be a gold medalist.

Mr. President

Yes, how is this story about me. Isn't that a natural thing to do? This story involves, at its core, my representative to Congress who has garnered my vote maybe 5 or 6 times. She has lost my vote, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Looks like the DNC wants nothing to do with any investigation, wonder why?

Mr. President

It is apparently a natural thing for American citizens to do.

I prefer this being a country of "our" not a country of "my". But apparently that's an ideal long since dead.

Sounds like socialism!

Mr. President

I guess that's why Sanders' people felt entitled to help themselves to Clinton's data!

#1545

Mr. President

I'm more communal. And free love. Or love for a reasonable fee so that everybody makes a living.

After the San Bernadino massacre I saw a newscaster interview a relative of somebody injured at the Boston Marathon bombing, who said San Bernadino "brought it all back."

Like SouthFlorida, Hillary lost my vote yesterday when Bernie's staffers went in and took those documents of hers. The fact that Clinton didn't know that this was being done just proves that she's not fit to run this country and the fact that the head of the DNC looked into this is further proof of how awful Clinton truly is, especially since she had nothing to do with Wasserman Schultz's decision. And seriously - it's just like Clinton's supporters to blame the Bernie Sanders campaign for his staffers doing this when they admit to doing it. If Bernie doesn't get the nomination, I'm going to stay home and not vote at all out of spite, like the rest of my fellow Sanders supporters.

#1547

Mr. President

It's definitely Hilary's fault that the Sanders team did this. Thanks, Obama.

Mr. President

The DNC is obviously using their influence for Clinton, it's been blatant and their reaction to this self reported crime is over the top. Very suspicious how it all worked out, who do you think had more to hide in this, the Sanders campaign, or the DNC?

Stephanatic
#1549

Mr. President

The DNC. But how is that Clinton's fault? Please explain.

#1550

Mr. President

Just wait until Trump says something misogynistic or racist. It'll make me so offended and angry, I'll refuse to vote for Hilary. Thanks, Obama.
