I'm originating a role at my high school (we've been world-premiering this year). It's a new musical with old and new music. Our first rehearsal was today, and it's currently untitled. I'm very excited about this. Originating a role is one of the most fulfilling experiences you can ever have.
The play we premiered in the fall may be remounted this summer or sometime next year, which the majority of the cast is hoping to be a part of. The play is an amazing satire on American society. The twist at the end hits you like a baseball bat, and you leave feeling like you need to change. It's intense stuff that is seemingly fluff at the beginning.
Although, in comparison, this musical we're working on is the fluffiest stuff I've ever worked on..although myself and a fellow cast mate are getting more scenes withing the next 2 weeks, so I'll have more to work with! :)
How to properly use its/it's:
Its is the possessive. It's is the contraction for it is...
