I really like "Dangerous Game" from Jekyll & Hyde. I think that's quite sexy. =]
It's not sexy, but it's incredible and power to women. Way Back to Paradise from Marie Christine...amaaaaazing. Yay Audra!
How about "As Long As You're Mine"? I always found that very sexy.
"Green Green Dress" from Tick Tick Boom is really sexy.

"don't know where you leave off" from Sweet Smell of Success is HOTT!
second all of the above, except I'm pretty unfamiliar with Sweet Smell of Success. Last year, my college did a revue called "One Night Stand" which included "Green, Green Dress" and "As Long as You're Mine." This year, we're doing "7 Deadly Sins" and our Lust duets are the mentioned "Dangerous Game" and the hilarious "Little Mary Sunshine" from the off-Broadway Reefer Madness. That's a great one if you want hilarious AND sexy and I recommend doing the scene before it so it has some context.
I'd Be Surprisingly Good for You from Evita is a little overdone, but sexy as hell! Though its more Eva's song than a duet.

I find "I'd Give It All For You" particularly hot. I want someone to say that to me!!!
"Don't Know Where You Leave Off" from Sweet Smell, DEFINITELY
"The Tennis Song" from City of Angels
"When I First Saw You" from Dreamgirls
"Wanting" from Rags
"Enchantment Passing Through" from Aida
"Mind Games"... well it was in Lennon!

Check out Michael John LaChuisa's Hello Again, lots of duets of the sexy nature...though often one of the people sings more than the other.
Green Green Dress!! 20 buttons and a strap! lol This is sexy yet adorable IMO. I love this song
