"It's always been football and NASCAR," said Quick's sister, Ann Marie Quick."
"You just hear so much commotion about the Gamecocks,"
still, "you can't shoot me, i'm invisible." i totally understand why he shot him. i probably woulda shot him like three times.
no *bang* yer *bang* not *bang*.
Careful. I got my first moderator warning yesterday because I joked about shooting myself over the mindless Wicked posts.
Which I thought was funny, because I've actually said MUCH MUCH worse in other threads... But I guess guns are a no-no.
I guess they're not that Quick, now are they?
(Ho, ho, ho.. I made a pun!)
Considering the discernible intelligence of the subject in question as well as the fact that this is South Carolina (sorry, spider), I think the writer made a mistake in adding that apostrophe in the prepenultimate paragraph.
i don't find that funny, sm2.
So shoot me!
"prepenultimate"
That is so sexy.
That was to keep the South Carolinans from understanding me.

God, I am ashamed to be a part of this Redneck state. **hangs head in shame**
Hey...we have stupid criminals in PA too...
"Robbing a Quizno's wasn't as easy as three men apparently thought Sunday night.
Their getaway car wouldn't start and the police were too fast.
Now, Trent Rollins, 19, of 659 Hayes St., and Justin Hale, 18, of 1523 Woodbine St., both of Bethlehem, are in Northampton County Prison under $250,000 bail each for their alleged roles in the 8 p.m. armed robbery of Quizno's, 3350 Schoenersville Road, Hanover Township, Northampton County, according to Colonial Regional police.
A third man, 18-year-old Pernell Riddick, is still being sought in connection with the robbery, which left an employee shaken but unhurt, Detective Gary Hammer said.
'One of them said they thought it would be easy and the other didn't say anything,' Hammer said Monday.
According to the affidavits of probable cause:
Rollins told police that he and Riddick picked up Hale in Riddick's car. Then Riddick and Hale began to talk 'about robbing Quizno's and how easy it would be.'
All three agreed to do it, with Riddick and Hale committing the armed robbery and Rollins serving as the getaway driver. Riddick and Hale knocked on the back door of Quizno's. An employee opened the door and was greeted by the barrel of a sawed-off shotgun.
The three threatened to blast the employee before stealing about $30 from him. They then told the victim to empty the cash register, but they fled before he could comply.
Riddick and Hale then ran to the nearby Wawa parking lot where Rollins was waiting. But when they got inside the car, Rollins could not start the engine. All three ran away, leaving behind the shotgun, a face mask and $1 and $5 bills stolen from the employee.
Rollins told police that when the car would not start he called a friend, Tatiana Davenport, 18, to pick up him and Hale at the Wawa. Colonial Regional police officer Michael Kovach, responding to the armed robbery report, pulled over Davenport's car as it left the Wawa parking lot. He arrested the three and found cocaine and marijuana on Rollins.
Davenport was not charged, Hammer said, and an investigation continues.
Rollins was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit armed robbery and drug possession.
Hale was charged with robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy to commit recklessly endangering another person, criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.

You know what, as ridiculous as that is, I actually felt progressively bad as the article went on. That man is a horrible, stupid, repulsive person for doing such a thing. He killed a husband and a father, and THAT was his motive? Ugh. Stupid stupid people.
