While you are boiling a pound of pasta, dice or shred about a pound and a half of cheese (more if you want)- cheddar, Gouda, jack, Swiss, Colby, Muenster- as many varieties as you can find but AT LEAST Three different types. Drain your pasta, add a cup of sour cream and all your cheese along with a smidge of mustard and ground black pepper. Mix it well and turn out into a casserole. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs and a little more cheese. Bake till brown and crusty.

No, it's me. The Mods deleted one of my innocuous election nite posts, and then I got the "access denied". I miss my old name, but, yes, it's me. I have NO Idea what their criteria is for suspending people. Trolls are allowed and I'm not???? oy vay... Anyway, no big deal.
The sour cream makes it all come together somehow. I used to always make a roux and...I saw an old recipe with sour cream and thought "hmmm that seems MUCH easier!"
