I love 'Wake Up' a lot.
It's sweet.

Yes, the disco lights ARE endearing.
Don't Feed the Beast is fun, and by far the catchiest, but... I definitely really admire people who can and do write sophisticated, meaningul lyrics, which is why I love Another Day. I mean, not to compare, but what keeps me loving Adam's music no matter how many times I play it is that he writes great lyrics, IMO, and they have a lot of depth. So, it's cool that Mano's stuff can have that quality, as well -- and I think it's adorable that he's nerdy enough to write a song about Greek literature.
Did he play Keep It Slow at that particular gig?

Yup.
He should definitely use that one eventually.
I LOVE "Get You All Up" and "Don't Feed the Beast," because they're so freaking catchy and fun. "Another Day" is such a beautiful song, I really love listening to that. "Keep it Slow" was the first original I heard of Mano's and it has a special place in my heart . "Faux Pas" is just too darn adorable. "Wake Up" is great as well, can't stop listening to that.
Seeing as how you all asked what my opinions were on most of his songs...
I love Don't Feed the Beast and it's ska-ness. I got the urge to start skanking to it, twas fun. But I think my favorite is Faux Pas. I lost count of how many times I watched that BWW video where he sings it.
Skanking?

lol, skanking.
The guitar in 'Another Day' reminds me of some Goo Goo Dolls songs.
No, seriously. What does it mean?
It's how you dance to Ska music.
And this consists of....?
BTW Liz, I notice you didn't say anything about "More Than You Know"... hehe
Did you not see my comment on one of Mano's blogs saying "Happiness isn't happiness without a disco ball at Mano's gig" ?
Yeah...it's kinda a weird name. But fun

Totally done that at ska shows before... wow, those were the days.
Wow, Wikipedia has everything.
It's the only type of dancing I do, because it requires no skill at all.
Skanking is nasty. I learned how to do it in Paris, only I was not a very good student of the school of ska. Every time this girl did it, though, I would die laughing, because it's just silly.
There, a partial skank-fest. Yeah.
It'd be pretty amusing if someone actually started skanking at one of his shows
Maybe he will.
Well, I've never seen 'skanking' in action, buut he did do a very interesting dance move during Don't Feed the Beast at his June show.
