"File a complaint. She's free to say whatever she wants but she shouldn't expect to hold a job with that mouth." About what is there to file a complaint? As much as some may want to believe differently there was nothing violet posted about this other teacher that constituted her behavior being harassing or discriminatory. There was no overt act. Violet continued to engage in the political discussion in the workplace. In fact violet may be the teacher, merely by displaying a campaign button, who may have initially violated school policy and be subject to disciplinary action.

And, that she is convinced that because of his religion he is a terrorist." See, the part that sickens me most is that violet mentioned one of the students. No student should have been dragged into the conversation. Period.
"Oh, I love this line. That's the very reason you all have to put up with me on this site!" Great, just what this board needs. Another poster deluded with self importance thinking they're so special.
And now in the "some people play out way too much of their life on this board" section of this thread:
It brings us to the subject of stories. The stories, the stories, all the BWW backstories. So many stories, but how many sources? Haven't we seen this pattern played out several times before? I wouldn't put much stock in the veracity of many of the stories. I also suspect that once you eventually misstep with your storyteller, we'll see you become the subject of a story. Things do go in cycles around here.

I just thought that with the climate of this election and how I heard many stories about how people are being called unamerican and not living in real america that I could state my problem and we could discuss it. I did not have a personal agenda. I just wanted to vent a little. I am not a "sock puppet". Again sorry if you all feel I have a personal agenda or that I am a liar and not to be trusted.(that last statement was said in a sincere manner and not in a sarcastic way) I am just a regular person who needed to vent. Sorry to cause all this drama. I won't post on this thread again

Violet, my comment was in regard to the pab/jane drama. More specifically to bringing up rumors on the boards. It had nothing to do with you and your situation. I'm sorry that I didn't make that clear.
