I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.

between 1961 and 1984, Chita Rivera was nominated for 5 Tony Awards. she didn't win until 1984.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Posted: 7/4/09 at 2:34amI absolutely agree with all of those above listed, with the exception of one. Judy Kuhn has a gorgeous voice, but she uses WAY too much vibrato for my taste. When she sang in the Les Mis 10th Annv. DVD, she sang fine because vibrato is meant for that type of soprano. Chess? Needs to be more pop.

I'd love to see Kelli win soon. She is going to end up being a Broadway legend. She's got the chops for it. The next Barbara Cook, perhaps?
