Far from the worst show of this season, but that sounds like a ridiculous waste of money.
Unless he's using the word "Broadway" incorrectly and actually means a tour, or off-Broadway (NWS?), or licensed regional productions.

I get that but Cameron Crowe doesn't pop up on DeuxMoi ever (maybe once) so it would be odd if this person didn't speak to him and DM most likely wouldn't post it if they didn't think it was real.

He still hasn't popped up there, and if they thought it was real they would have been able to do better than this.

I don’t think it’s coming back to Broadway. If anything, they’re prepping for a national tour or downsizing for a limited run at New World Stages.
But we’ll see.

I mean it crashes and burned on Broadway. I don’t think the story itself is really theatrical and no new songs will hold up to the classics used in the movie.

No reason to bring it back to Broadway with Casey Likes unavailable. He was the best thing about it.
