Ok, I know this has been posted before - but doesn't hurt.
What non-English recordings do y'all have?
I have Chicago in Russian - the title is Razzle Dazzle in Russian.
I have 11 non-English recordings of Les Mis and a few tracks from Fantasma de la Opera.
Also, Aida and TLK in German.
I wish I had more!
How 'bout y'all?
Oh, and I have some Chicago songs in Dutch - good Billy Flinn...
Damn your lucky. I want some. All I have is "My Own Best Friend" from the Mexican Production. lol.
What I REALLY want is The Full Monty in Spanish (from Mexico)

The Scarlet Pimpernel
Autant Emporte Le Vent
Romeo et Juliette
Don Juan

and other that I can't think of off the top of my head...
...in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Russian, Hungarian...
Sad how so many of the casts are worlds better than the English lanuage ones.
Spider Woman, Evita, and Phantom, all in Spanish.
And it's taken me till now to realise that all three recordings are of Hal Prince shows. That's... oddly scary. In a cool kinda way.
I have CATS in German... 1984 Vienna recording. And it's the most random thing in my showtunes collection since I seem to recall purchasing it on a lark from the used CD bin at the local media play back in, like, 1997... had no IDEA how unusual this find was at the time.

I don't have ANY shows in other languages.
I'm still working on my English collection. But I would LOVE to get some someday.
I have about 25 show recordings in Spanish and am always looking for others.
Thenardier, is there really a Mexican The Full Monty? I actually have a Catalan version.
If anyone knows where I could find these in Spanish, PLEASE PM me:
Spider Woman
Annie
Little Shop
You've got a Catalan version of TFM?
Well, the show played in Mexico - they usually don't do many recordings. I mean, I have an unofficial Les Mis Recording from Mexico.
Yes, I'm pretty sure this is it. It says Spanish, but it is specifically Catalan.

I have El Fantasma de la Opera, the Canadian version of Phantom( not really foreign), and French Les Miserables. Thenardier, I have a question about Japanese Les Miserables recordings. Footlight has about 5 new versions of different casts, have you heard any of those or do you recommend any of them?
I only have one - the red one. The blue is the same thing with a different cast, with the exception of Kaho Shimada (also on the CSR).
The Purple, Orange, and Green are rare - but are the same as the Red and Blue - with a different cast.
They are all basically official live recordings. There is one other Japanaese recording, not color coded. It is the real Japanese Recording - you could say.
I personally would buy the Red. It is the most talked about. I'll admit I've never really heard the others and if they weren't so expensive, I'd get them.
If you aren't a big Les Mis fan - I would recommend NOT getting a Japanese recording. Start with OFC and Vienna/Duisberg.
I have the original ANNIE from Madrid on cd (transferred from record). There was apparently a Mexican recording made as well.
If anyone ever sees any of the ANNIE spanish recordings for sale, PLEASE let me know!!! I will kiss you. Or not. As you prefer.
