The set of rulings doesn't affect where I classified plays as "new" or "revival" - but there are acting rulings which can be discussed elsewhere.

Still no news on a King Charles III transfer or The Visit opening in time.

I am not very familiar with GIGI, but has there ever been a commonly-performed stage adaptation of the Lerner/Loewe musical before this?

This seems like AN AMERICAN IN PARIS to me, but I am not very familiar with the history of GIGI in this case. If there had been a commonly-done stage musical then I'd say this is like CINDERELLA and should be a revival.

It was on Broadway in the '70s. I think the question is because this is a new revised version. It seems more like a SIDE SHOW situation than AN AMERICAN IN PARIS.

So it looks like now this is everything for this season. Honeymoon and On the Town aren't closing. The Hayes and Marquis will stay vacant in the spring.

So 36 new shows(counting both Wolf Halls) and 2 special events(Illusionists and Temps/Tops).

'Gigi' definitely should go in Musical Revival.

But Heidi Thomas is eligible for writing a new Book.
