is it me, or do the options this year seem less exciting than usual? There's only 3 or 4 that I'd see. Why isn't JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA participating? Or HANGMEN? Or CARDINAL?

I'm not SUPER familiar with the usual 20at20 selection - I've only made use of it a few times in the past. But I think all the non-profit theatre companies usually exclude themselves from it. The focus of the ticket scheme seems to be primarily on commercial runs, and this year there aren't many worth paying attention to.

How many of these 20at20 tickets can a person purchase at the box office for each performance?

In my experiences, a person has been able to purchase up to two tickets. So if it's a group of five, as in the example above, tickets would have to be purchased in three separate transactions (two, two, and one)

Same here. I think it is restricted to two. I was behind a small group and the box office pulled seats for them all to sit together but had them all pay seperately.

wow the lineup this year is weak

earlier you go the better. if you wait until the last couple days of 20@20 it will be busier than if you go in the next couple days.
