First one that leads them all is CHICAGO.
The original Bob Fosse production only ran 2 years on Broadway at the 46th Street Theatre (now the Richard Rodgers Theatre): 1975 to 1977.
The 1996 Encore! Concert Series Broadway revival is still running past it’s 20th year: 1996 to ?
It opened at the home of the original CHICAGO: Richard Rodgers Theatre (formerly the 46th Street Theatre), then moved to the Shubert Theatre, and then to its current home: the Ambassador Theatre.

I'm surprised the 2009 revival of West Side Story ran a little longer more than I'm jealous for those who saw the Spaniish translations.

Odd that in the mention of The Threepenny Opera (12 performances on Broadway in 1933), this slideshow mentions the initial run of the 1954 Off-Broadway revival, but not its return where it played an astounding 2611 performances.
