Who do you think would be cast in an AIDA revival.
My hope would be
AIDA: Cynthia Erivo
Radames: Aaron Tveit
Amneris: Lea Michele
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Leontyne Price, Franco Corelli, Tatiana Troyanos, and Leonard Warren.

Lea Michele tends to rub me the wrong way, but I actually do think that Amneris would be a great fit for her. Although, I recently saw Jackie Burns perform one of Amneris' songs in her BroadwayBox video, and she would be fantastic in the role as well.

I loved the original cast.
Dream cast would be Megan Hilty, Cynthia Erivo, and Aaron. :)

Amneris - Elina Garanca
Of course I'm talking about the classic Verdi Aida - not the ear sore that Elton John wrote. For that, put Cynthia Erivo - I don't want to see her any more than I want to see Elton Johns laughable version of Aida.
