Christopher Sieber is constantly cast in camp roles in Matilda, Shrek, Spamalot, Beauty and The Beast and hopefully one day Roger Debris I'm The Producers.

Sounds to me as if you just typecast Christopher Sieber as Roger Debris in The Producers...

Is it my imagination or is Jane Krakowski usually typecast as ladies who are promiscuous and not very smart? Also, I looked her up once and Sarah Rice, the original Johanna in Sweeney Todd, is proof that if you can play one beautiful soprano part like that, you can play them all. That's not even a bad thing though!

Josh Gad is often cast as the sidekick/comic relief - Book of Mormon, Pixels, Frozen, The Wedding Ringer, etc.

Not quite what you're asking, but I find that lesbian actresses seem to only get cast in lesbian roles...at least compared to the amount of gay actors that do get cast in straight roles.

His role in the tv show two of a kind wasn't campy, he was more the straight man, a straight laced dad.

It seems to me that Christopher Fitzgerald is constantly cast as the awkward weird guy, even though I personally don't see him that way.
