I have no experience in having to re-sell theatre tickets, let alone tickets in London, but I decided last minute to cancel my trip next week and scrambling to figure out how to sell off my three shows.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Any particular websites or chat boards you’ve used in the past? All sales are final, and it wasn’t cancelled for health reasons, so there’s nothing I’m able to do but sell directly.
Have you posted to Theatreboard?
Some ticket sellers will give you credit (or at least they have over the past few years) if you contact them soon enough.
I think policy varies by each West End theater. I watched &Juliet a few weeks ago and a week before performance they sent me an email of their ticket exchange policy, which I copied and pasted below. I thought when I bought the tix that all sales were final too.
Ticket Exchange
Please do not attend the performance if you have tested positive for Covid-19 or have any Covid-19, cold or flu symptoms. If, due to Covid reasons, you are unable to attend the Theatre and booked directly with us, tickets can be exchanged free between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the event. Please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@shaftesburytheatre.com if this applies to you.

I've had only good experiences with Twickets.
Appreciate the suggestions so far. I know I’m not eligible for a refund for any of the shows, and I won’t be in London to see any of the shows I bought tickets for before they close, so exchanging isn’t an option.

Theatreboard used to frown upon (or not even allow) a brand new poster to list tickets for sale. If that is still the case and you're not already active on that board, you may need tor each out to a moderator to get their support in posting a listing. I've had good luck selling on that site and the mods there are pretty responsive.
If you bought directly through ATG, LWTheatres etc, you could possibly get credit for them and use in the future for other shows.
