-Wicked-Defying Gravity, "It's MEEEEEEEEEEEE..." until the end
There's definately more I just need to think about it.

OBC Phantom of the Opera: Brightman's "soar" on the "Raoul, I've Seen Him" track.
OBC Les Mis: Red and Black, "the color of despair." The way he hits despair...wow
When Headley joins in the song Elaborate Lives in Aida. "We...all...leeeeaaddd such elaborate lives." Beautiful.
Those drum beats that come in before Sherie starts singing "Oh, now I believe in lookin'" in My Strongest Suit, Aida.
Aida, again: When Sherie sings "Oh, I Know the Truth" and she kind of holds the "I" for a country rock feel.
Little Women: In The Fire Within Me, the part where the tune changes back to the melody of Astonishing and she reprises it.
Little Women: Some Things Are Meant to Be. That little pause then "All my life I've lived for loving you...Let me go now." Breaks my heart every time.
There's more, lots more, but I'll continue later :)

Also in L5Y, the song Nobody Needs to Know. The last notes. "Since I need to be in love with someone..." Actually the beginning of that song is brilliant too. "Cathy is waiting..." then the violins come in... Damn, that whole song is mesmerizing.

That choke in Merman’s voice on “All your life and what does it get you…” and (especially) Sandra Church erupting with laughter at the end of “All I Need Is The Girl.”

Little Women: "Take A Chance On Me," when Laurie is asking to see the patch on Jo's dress. I can almost imagine Laurie trying to see her dress, and Jo moving away from him, preventing him from seeing the patch. :)

Gavin Creel on the last note of What Do I Need With Love always makes me very happy.

2. Any of the Les Mis recording during the finale when they sing "Come to me..." and "To love another person is to see the face of God"
3. in A chorus Line OBC, when the last verse in "Nothing" is sung.
4. Sweeney Todd on OBC during the last verses in "God That's Good"
5. Anything Goes (w/Patti LuPone) the whole title song [but precisely, right after the tapping parts when she starts singing again].
6. Rent OBC when those chords play on the piano before "Seasons of Love" begins
7. Woman in White OLC during the duet part in "I Believe my Heart"
8. Rent OBC during the verse "No Day But Today"
9. Les Mis 10th Anniversary's "On My Own" when Lea Salonga sings "The world is full of happiness that I have never knoooooooown"
10. When the organ starts playing during the overture in PotO

MFL - the dance after "Rain in Spain"
CABARET (1966 OBC) - Fabricated for the recording but the little reprises of "Meeskite" inserted in the finale.
PETER PAN - "You won't forget to come for me Peter? PLease. PLEASE don't forget!"
COMPANY - end of Barcelona..April's "Ok I'll'Stay" follwed by Robert's "Ohhh god!!"
CAROUSEL - John Raitt's segment "When I have a daughter..." restored for the OBC (but not on any other recording.)
DAMN YANKEES! - The final resprise of "Heart" especially the orchestral flourish at the end
SWEENEY TODD - the sound effect created for the recording of the chair the body sliding across the stereophonic field left to right then a final plop. Brilliant!
SUNDAY IN THE PARK - again a change for the recording but I love how the record begins with the pianio arpeggio BEFEORE Mandy's first spoekn line and how the instruments creep in until he calls out harmony and the music ripples underneath him. that's cast album production at its finest.
RAGTIME - the bonus orchestral suite at end of Disc Two
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

Urinetown: The harmony of "Cheek to cheek and gland to gland..." in "Tell Her I Love Her"
Aida: The highnote Sheri hits on "I know the truth and it SHOCKS me"
DRS: I don't know why, but it always makes me happy when Norbert shouts "I want some really classy sh*t" in "Great Big Stuff"
Phantom of The Opera: Raoul's part in "Think Of Me"

Assassins -- When Hinkley and Fromme come together on "I am unworthy of your love..." for the first time
Baby -- the tempo change on "Maybe we don't mean that much you and I..."
Secret Garden - Mandy's slip on Lily's Eyes -- when I heard the London recording it didn't sound right NOT having that mistake in there because I'm so used to it.
Carnival -- The very end of "Everybody Likes You" when Orbach sings "no one, no one, likes me." I have no idea why, but I love that.
Sweeney Todd (revival) - the whispered "Speak to me friend, whisper, I'll listen..." SO creepy
1776 revival - the reprise of "Richard Henry Lee" when Adams comes in with the "Good God!"
H2$ revival - the scatting at the end of Brotherhood of Man
Peter Pan - Cyril Ritchard's almost whisper on "It's Peter Pan..." during Mysterious Lady
On the Town (I'm not sure if this is on the OBC or not) - the Lonely Town pas de deux music -- I don't know how to explain it, but there's a certain part of that I just LOVE.
I could go on and on...

Douglas Sills holding that super long note during the "Into the Fire" reprise/finale on the Scarlet Pimpernel OBC. Wow!
Julie Andrews saying "Well, then..." after each knight vows he will take care of Lancelot on the Camelot OBC.
The little giggle that Michael Crawford as Count Fosco does in the "You Can Get Away With Anything" song.
Enjolras's entrance in "One Day More". Cymbals crash and everything!

Frank N Furter (in Blonde Accent): With blonde hair and a tan!
Random Phantom: Shut up!
I seriously crack up everytime that part comes up, and even did that line in a production of Rocky Horror that I was in this past October.
The opening percussion on the Dreamgirls OBCR, and Concert CD.
The drumming under the 3rd Montage part of "Hello 12, Hello 13, Goodbye Love" in the beginning. Also, of course, Val's "Sh!T I made through High school without growing any t1ts!"
Kerry Butler's "I'll get the can!" on the Little Shop of Horrors CD.
