Socha's performance was by far a highlight of the show for me. Her "Changing My Major" is one of my all time favorite theatre moments. I'm just crossing my fingers she's not completely omitted from the new album. Skeggs is great but man do I miss Alexandra Socha.

Why would she not be removed from the new album? It's going to be billed as "Original Broadway Cast" and Skeggs just received a Tony nomination. There's no doubt she'll be Allison on the recording.

Exactly--with so little new material, why even bother with the new recording if they didn't let Skeggs do all the middle Alison material.
